In addition to my orthopedist and physical therapist, Apex has helped me over the past year, to recover from a frozen shoulder. It was easy to schedule appointments with their friendly front office staff. They handled all of my insurance billing for their chiropractors, acupuncturist and massage therapist, Melanie. After insurance coverage ended, their rates were reasonable and competitive in the field. They have been wonderful to work with. I would strongly recommend their services. read more

This was by far and wide the best experience I've ever had at a chiropractor. I've been to 8 to 10 doctors over the last decade or so and none have been so detailed and knowledgeable. You could tell Dr. Dane really cared about long term solutions for both my fiancé and I. We started with amazing massages from Lety and Delia who really worked out our kinks (we are both restaurant managers and hold a lot of tension in our shoulders and back). Then Dr. Dane did individual x-rays and showed us where our biggest problems were. He even gave tips on vitamins to take to help with some digestive issues I've been having. My hips are incredibly uneven and I had no idea, which causes most of my pain and he was able to make adjustments comfortably and fast. Sooo grateful to have found this place. read more

I can't say enough good things about Apex. The office is clean and welcoming, and the staff are warm and friendly. I've been to other chiropractic offices, and Apex has the most up to date technology, which makes it easier for me to understand everything along with the doctors' thorough explanations. Dr. Dane & Dr. Matt give such care to us during every visit, and it's clear that they want us to live our best and healthiest lives possible. They always include us in what's going in with our x-rays and adjustments, ask us questions about how we feel, and adjust us accordingly, as well as providing us with stretches and information to help us outside of their office too! Great Doctors, Awesome staff, and perfect office!! I found my new chiropractor and masseuse literally down the street. So convenient. Both doctors are great. Right now there is a promotion going on because they just opened Saturday Feb 8th 2020. Get in while you can so worth it if you been putting it off. You won't be disappointed. Before I went there my body felt like I was hit by an Amtrak, now I feel bendy and a million bucks. From not being able to put on my seatbelt to running a couple of miles a day my body feels so new. Dr. Colleen was amazing! She made sure to take X-rays of my hips because my PCP wanted them, in addition to what she wanted to X-ray based on my consultation. She walked me through everything she saw on the X-rays, and through every step of the adjustment. I've never had my neck adjusted and she made me feel very comfortable. One of the receptionist/assts showed me stretches for my neck and the office gave me a complimentary stretch band. The traction/rolling machine was awesome. Annissa gave me a wonderful massage! She listened to where I was having pain and made sure to focus on those areas, and gave me tips on stretching for care at home. I took two stars off because there were several employees walking around without masks, one was Dr. Dane (based on people calling him over to chat). I'm not sure who the others were, but they all had the company shirts on. I'm surprised that at this point in the pandemic, with Omicron surging, and it being right after the holidays, they didn't have a strict mask policy. Super disappointing. read more

I got trigger point injections today for neck pain and was very happy with the outcome. The NP was very patient and gentle and alleviated my fears. I feel 50% better after just one day, looking forward to my next visit. The adjustment afterward felt great, and helped my shoulder and neck pain even more. I don't love the open room concept for adjustments, but overall I was happy with my experience. read more

I had been looking at there page on Facebook and Yelp for months. I was blessed to get some insurance other than Kaiser to get approved to see them. I was so excited when I got there I was in discomfort by the time I left I was feeling a lot better and I know it will take a few visits to get me right but this was amazing and I'm excited about my future visits. After an intense weight lifting session I realized I had injured my shoulder. For several days there was a constant ache and pain. One stop shop for all the wellness things! I drive a lot for work so I go regularly for acupuncture, chiro adjustments and massage. Love that they take insurance too. They also have B-12 shots and allergy testing. I've gotten trigger point injections too. Really friendly staff and providers and easy to get an appt! For massages just tell them what your style is and what you prefer and they can pair you with the right person. I like to jump around sometimes to try new people but they are all very experienced and will help you relax or work out any kinks! You won't be disappointed and your body will thank you! read more

I reside in Redondo Beach and without a doubt it's worth my time and every minute of the 37 minute drive from my house to Apex in Long Beach. I met Matt and Angela at their previous Chiropractic establishment here in Redondo almost three years ago. I met Dane at the same place of business about one year ago. They're the only reason why I would drive down to Long Beach to get adjusted and a massage once every 3-4 weeks. There are plenty of chiro's here in the South Bay, one close enough that I could literally walk to but none of them have Matt, Dane and Angela. Apex is easy to find and easy to get to from the 405. They have a really nice practice with a welcoming, fun and professional atmosphere. They take the time to get to know you and make you feel so welcome while earning your trust in them. Matt and Dane are the best chiro's around. They have helped me combat and overcome my lower back issue. They don't just heal, they teach you how to improve your specific concern and/or injury. Absolutely love this place! They've been treating me for a little over a year now and they just keep getting better! I go in for adjustments and massages and I always walk out feeling fantastic! Both doctors and massage therapists will provide helpful tips and stretches after your session. They just recently added stretch therapy and it's the best thing ever! Definitely wearing stretchy pants the next time i visit. Front desk staff is always super helpful and friendly. Recently went In for a N.P - 2 adjustment 1 massage $43 Groupon I'd received from a friend, and all I can say is WOW ! Did my back ever thank me ! I've never slept so great . The tightness in my upper left shoulder blade was gone & the numbing in my left arm has disappeared completely. Tamra was my massage therapist and is 100% professional and totally worth the 85$ regular price, I will be in to see you soon my friend. She listens and is amazing at knowing what is wrong before you voice it . She knew it was tennis elbow both right and left side. My adjustments were done by Lee and he knew the kink in my right side shoulder blade was tender and proceeded to be very gentle yet efficient at working it the rest of the way out with unique arm stretches . Very impressed with this place, it's relaxing, energetic. The staff is caring, funny, kind, compassionate, and personally involved. I felt very welcomed here from the minute I walked in. They give off got a family vibe to each other and patients alike. My chiropractor Matt was very informative, helpful, and hilarious; the adjustments he made to my back and neck were almost miraculous. All my needs were 100% catered to above and beyond and I was in and out within 45 minutes and wouldn't have minded sticking around longer for the conversation and laughs. I not only left there feeling brand new physically but, also emotionally my mood was joyful and very positive. I write this mostly positive review with mixed feelings. Know that you will definitely receive quality care from Apex--their chiropractors and massage therapists really are knowledgeable and committed to your health and wellbeing. My one and only complaint is leveled at this medical office's customer service. I hate to sound like a jerk, but the front end receptionist desk is mostly administered by "Tik-Tok babies" i.e. young people averaging between ages 18 to approx. 24/25 years old and man... this age group is conspicuously deficient in typical customer service qualities like common sense, focus and organization. I actually write this review because just recently, my fourth previously scheduled massage appointment within the last 12 months fell-through from being served, meaning the front desk either dropped the ball without sending out their customary text message confirmation reminder, the masseuse was actually out-of-office on my requested date, or some other lack of communication and follow-through. Very frustrating when a patient needs to stay on top of their treatments for continued pain relief. That being said, I wish to give special thanks to Dr. Eddy Lee, and the receptionists Abbey, Selena and Zach. They are ALWAYS consistent in helping their patients feel welcomed and genuinely cared-for, whatever it is you may need. read more

I searched for a chiropractor for a long time because I was nervous about being adjusted. However after months of being in severe pain with no relief I decided to take the plunge. I'm happy I did. I chose this office because I was happy the office utilized X Rays prior to the first adjustment, if necessary. Dr. Dane did my X Rays and adjustment. He was personable and funny and made me feel at ease. He didn't pressure me into anything and stated we would go at my level of comfort. I gave me some recommendations regarding stretches, how to get out of bed and how to fix my posture. I have a lot of work to be done and feel like I've picked the right place. Had a great experience yesterday with Apex Chiropractic. Staff was friendly with nice atmosphere. I went in for constant lower back pain with tingling in arms and legs. Dr. Redman (Matt) explained and put my mind at ease since this was my first time going to a chiropractor. He checked my reflexes, neurological, range of motion and muscle strength explaining everything he was doing and why. After exam he took X-rays. Again explaining what was showing on X-rays and treatment needed and plan going forward. I felt confident with a complete understanding and agreed to have my first treatment. I can't believe it, after first treatment I was able to wake up this morning with a better range of motion and less pain. I'm looking forward for my future treatments and having a quality of life that I've been missing for a long time. read more
