Apex Chiropractic... not a great experience. Visited this location for lumbar back pain. Arrived early but waited 20 minutes past my appointment time. Once I met the chiropractor he scoffed at the prior patient he had and explained that he was exhausting... great way to start the beginning of my treatment. As I began explaining the pain I was having the chiro was anything but engaged, looking around, looking out the window, like he was put out that I was even there. Several times he was yawning while I was describing whats going on with my back. At no time did he introduce himself nor was he wearing a name tag so I can't provide his name. After my explanation, he seemed perplex by my situation... and I even began offering suggestions to start things of; x-ray, massage, etc. At no time did he check my legs for uneven length, at no time was there an evaluation of my hip height even after I expressed concern of pain in my right hip. He attempted to adjustment me a few times but concluded that there was nothing he could do for me at this time. That part I actually don't have an issue with it at all, my lower back was tight and needed more icing before an adjustment. I was disappointed in the treatment and lack of professionalism. Fast forward to a week later, I called to request my x-rays be emailed over to me. I was placed on a brief hold for 25 minutes and finally just hung up.

I came in for acupuncture & I got cupping too. My symptoms were blepharospasm (eyelid twitching), anxiety/depression, & neck/shoulder/back pain. & For my eyes, the acupuncturist said it would take 2-3 sessions so I made another appointment for this upcoming week. My acupuncturist was Andy who is very sweet. I had needles placed on the top & sides of my head as well as my face but it didn't hurt & she repeatedly checked on me. I also had needles placed on my feet & legs & she would say "which is more tense, A or B?) & place a needle where there was more pain. My hypothesis is that she wanted to limit the amount of needles placed bc it is nerve stimulation, so she wanted to target the pressure points that were the most tense. She turned off the lights & I rested for 30 mins & felt so relaxed after. I asked if you needed an appointment for cupping & she said yes but she was able to do it after my acupuncture. She said she prefers the fire cupping but they only do the plastic suction in the office. I liked it though, it relieved back and shoulder tension. The place is really comfortable; when I walked in there was a peaceful Great Dane walking about & one of the other clients said, "Dr. Dane has several Danes." I thought that was funny... I wonder what would be the case if his name was Dr. Terrier. I even saw the dog lay down next to one of the staff that was receiving a quick alignment from someone else. So sweet Everyone here is really nice & I'm excited to return.

I had my first visit, it was a very clean place. I talked to doctor about the my pain, Dr took an X-ray immediately, and treated me immediately. I went to acupuncture in another place three times, but the pain didn't go away. However, when I came here, the pain really disappeared after only around 20 minutes of treatment. All the staff were kind and I felt refreshed. I also had a massage, which was very good. I massaged in various places several times, but I found out what I wanted most and massaged. I can't go anywhere else. read more

This will be my second review for Apex but my first review for Dr. Christian! All I can say is WOW! I'm 15 weeks pregnant and came in with a headache since the day before, didn't sleep last night because if it. Dr. Christian took his time, he literally could feel all the places I was experiencing pain without me even saying anything. His adjustment was awesome and two hours AFTER my appointment my headache was completely gone. I took a nap woke up refreshed and from there cleaned my house and did the laundry. I'm so grateful for the docs that Dr. Dane hires, they are all so amazing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this clinic! They truly care about their patients. Very clean. Professional. Friendly. I went for acupuncture. Migraine and sciatica. Andy was my acupuncturist. Outstanding. Informed me of everything he was going to do. I got the Groupon for X-rays 2 adjustments and a massage the office is really nice staff is super friendly they have snacks and drinks for their patients the drs were very through and caring the massage was great but I feel like I was shorted on time and the masseuse talked the entire time I just wanted to relax. This place is amazing!! Dr Dane did a great job putting his team together. From the check in process through the check out. Elliot is awesome. He kicks your a**, but in a good way. Elliot is like a love/hate relationship. You know you will always come back. Dr Dane cares a lot about his clients. I could remember the first time going there with my wife, I didn't have the right insurance, but he still worked on me. The best part, it was FREE. That's when I knew I wanted to come back and I made sure I changed my insurance coverage asap. You feel like family here. I couldn't tell you how many times Dr Dane invited me to events. I get my massages here, Tamara is a really great massage therapist. And from time to time I also get adjusted where it has helped get rid of my migranes! Really easy to book appointments with friendly staff and clean office, they have expanded and I hear are going to have alot more offerings. Always a good and positive experience whenever I visit. 100% recommend this place. read more

Worst experience ever! I have Anthem Blue Cross HMO plus, which means I also have the ability to use PPO if facilities don't take HMO. I made an appointment due to severe back and shoulder pain for a massage and chiropractic services. Came in this morning and the woman at the desk said they don't take my HMO insurance. It's funny that several people referred me to their office and we all have the exact insurance plan. I felt that the woman at the desk was becoming very argumentative and did not bother to call and verify my chiropractic PPO services. Instead she showed me her screen that said my HMO will not cover it. Then, proceeded to tell me I would have to pay out of pocket for today's service and then call and verify. I felt very uncomfortable with the whole situation and decided this was not the place for me. If she did her job correctly, she would see that my insurance would cover several visits a year. read more

This place is a JOKE. Went there for the first time, My insurance doesn't cover it so it was cash out of my pocket. Waited 20-30 minutes before going into An exam room I sat there waited another 20 minutes waiting for the doctor. I could hear him laughing and talking with everyone Outside the room just having a good old time. Found it rude and a waste of my time so I got up and left. I would not recommend the spot read more

Love this place! I literally recommend it to anyone and everyone. Over the last year and a half, the staff has become like a second family to me. They really care here. I came to Apex on a handful of meds, severe post partum, and a body full aches, and today I am literally a 180 from that person. Here's part of a letter I recently wrote to him: "Thank you, Dr. Clements! It's so refreshing to work with you because you really do care about us. After getting that roller and using it daily for 10, and now 15 minutes, I'm amazed. At first my back was cracking and popping. Now it's not, but it's getting stretched out better than I can ever remember, at least in recent memory. Most of the sensations I was feeling through my neck, throat, face, etc. have all subsided. Those were super scary too. OMG, my friend. I've had some days where it started coming back. I even had one wave where I went through every single symptom I had experienced, but it happened in about 20 minutes instead of 20 days. That was wild. I've been coming here for years, both for routine adjustments and for injuries, and I can't say…read moreenough good things about Dr. Kim and Dr. Palzer. They're both incredibly knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and really know how to get to the root of what's causing your pain instead of just treating the symptoms. Dr. Kim was the first chiropractor I ever saw, and honestly, he made me a believer. I was dealing with bulging discs that caused constant, intense pain. The medical doctors and physical therapists I saw only recommended pain medication and exercises that actually made things worse. Dr. Kim told me, "Give me six visits," and sure enough, after six visits, I was pain-free. It honestly felt like a miracle. He's currently helping me recover from a rotator cuff injury, and every time I leave the office, I feel noticeably better. A few years ago, when Dr. Kim was out recovering from an illness, Dr. Palzer took over my care. I ended up staying with him for quite a while for my regular adjustments because he was just as caring, skilled, and thorough. I've recommended him to several friends over the years, and they've all had great experiences too. The whole office has always been friendly and welcoming, and you never feel rushed. If you're looking for chiropractors who genuinely care about their patients and know what they're doing, I highly recommend Dr. Kim and Dr. Palzer.

The best I've ever had. I've never written a review before but the experience I had at APEX is worth the time. First, Dr. Deezy was incredible. Not just his amazing bedside manner but his knowledge and ability to recall information on the spot was something to behold. Second, i was lined up for a massage with Yeni. I've had my fair share of massages in the past but this was up there with best. Yeni was great. Not only did she ask what was the trouble but listened! The massage was gradual which was great because it enabled her to identify problem areas without causing any more problems for my troubled areas. From there, I was setup for acupuncture. I've had acupunctures before but not for an injury and boy, I'm so happy I did. Andrea was my acupuncturist and wow, I'm never going to anyone else again. She was friendly, knowledgable and empathetic. Being in athletics herself, she totally understood what I was trying to explain about my injury and was able to articulate to me about what she was hearing and how to proceed from there. I felt like I was in great hands. It was incredible. Lastly Dr. Dane recommended I get a B-12 shot. I wasn't too keen on another needle for the day but again, I'm so glad I did. It was the perfect way to end my experience. I was little reluctant to get another needle but Simy, the woman who administered the shot was very sweet and professional. I knew I made the right choice. Overall, I went in feeling apprehensive and crumby from my injury but after I felt like it was a day at the Spa. Apex Chiropractic is the best and only place I trust to get adjusted. The office is extremely clean and so new. The staff is as friendly and entertaining as it gets. When I checked in, Angela and RJ were very welcoming. I first got a massage that was so amazing. It was so good that I will only go to Apex's massage therapists for now on. From there I waited for my adjustment. Dr. Dane and Dr. Matt were both doing adjustments and both of them seemed to be busy, but I did notice that both were capable of handling each patient one at a time. I was impressed. When it was my turn, Dr. Dane took my X-rays and then we sat down and he thoroughly went over them with me so I had a complete understanding of what we were looking at. I really appreciated the detail that he went through with me. After that he gave me an adjustment. I didn't realize how out of alignment I was, but Dr. Dane produced cracking noises I've never heard from my neck and spin. I truly felt like I could move my neck a way that I haven't been able to in years. Pretty amazing!!! Overall I love and recommend this place. Since recovering from a tennis injury ( bad fall ) and a car accident last year and still experiencing some pain and limited range of motion I decided to make an appointment at Apex yesterday. I'm so glad I did! I experienced a wonderful massage by massage therapist Jackie. She took the time to not only provide a wonderful relaxing massage but also stretched these 62 year olds muscles. WOW what a WONDERFUL experience!! The ENTIRE staff make you feel like a VIP each time you visit APEX. Simy the Nurse Practitioner has treated me with trigger point injections a couple months ago to my painful injured shoulder. The PRP injection( Platelet rich Plasma) treatment accelerates the healing to the injured tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints. This speeds up the healing process without having to take pain medications. I'm THRILLED to say I'm back on the tennis court ! Thank you Simy !! I had never heard of PRP.. Thank you Dr Dane and Dr Matt for building this healing and helping practice. You guys are helping people stay active which improves your body, spirit and mind. 3 weeks ago my back just decided it was going into crisis. You name the back issue and I had it. I was in bed for a week straight. My usual chiropractor (who is great) just couldn't see me so I took a leap and tried a new place. I'm so thankful I did! I have probably been to this place more times in 3 weeks than I have been anywhere in almost a year. I've been adjusted, I've had acupuncture, I did cupping and I got a massage. I've been adjusted by all 3 chiropractors that work there and ALL of them are knowledgeable about me and my back pain. The entire staff is welcoming and I feel like it's a giant team effort to get me feeling my best again. As far as COVID goes, I feel at ease every visit. It's clean and everyone wears a mask. I started coming here 2 months ago. In that time there's been a lot going on. The doctors have supported and guided me through with patience and understanding the entire time. They can tell when I'm stressed out and might need a little more than usual and they don't make it into a big problem. I had some pretty bad spinal issues (flat neck, lack of healthy curve to the lower back, clavicle being all kinds of messed up) and after getting xrays again, they've all improved immensely. Dr. Matt and Dr. Dane are awesome, the receptionist and office manager are awesome and so is the massage therapist I saw. And during this pandemic? They're so clean and they didn't have to adjust service too much (although they've started getting a little bit busier). They have hand sanitizer available to use as well, which is always nice. 10/10 100% recommend. read more

Myself personally am someone who will lose sanity if they don't have the gym. When I was introduced to APEX about a year ago I had horrible lower back pain, a hurt rhomboid (muscle between should and back), and tendinitis in both elbows. With the help of this place and amazing people like Dr. Dane (chiropractor) and Tamara (massage therapist) I was able to rehab and continue working out. The only doctor that I sensed had credibility and understanding was Dr. Nealy. Dr Brown lacks bedside manner. Anyone with a chronic illness with high sensitivities won't be able to put up with this environment. They don't understand complex illness here. It was a great experience with going to see a doctor cuz it pretty much takes me bleeding or dying to get me into the hospital or going to see a doctor. So over all it was great experience for me. The massage therapist are wonderful and they have patient parking right in the front very convenient office staff is downright pleasant, professional, clean, and organized. Over the years I've had multiple car accidents and other injuries and everything has kind of come together thanks Dr. Newton and staff for helping me feel better.
