You lied again Nadine. You can't seem to say anything without lying. I sent you three emails in ONE day. You would not have a conversation with me without paying first. I told her I was going to write a bad review and she then turned around and said she turned my email into "the authorities" because she felt threaten. If she's so unintelligent she thinks a bad review is the same thing as violence find someone else, if she's so unhinged she lies, again, find someone else. So I had the dreadful meeting that my company was downsizing and in the process my job was eliminated. Well my resume was pretty lackluster, so I turned to the professionals for help. Hiring Apex Career Services was the best decision I have made during my job search. I can speak firsthand about how reluctant I was to spend the money being asked to spend without actually seeing any of her work. I need to also go on record and state that I am very difficult to please and Nadine surpassed my expectations. Nadine knows her craft and she knows it well. I was hesitant to hire someone to work on my resume. I was worried that someone without experience in a technical field wouldn't know how to make technical roles shines. After I researched her a bit, I felt comfortable with letting her do what she does best because she has a background in the tech world and knows what recruiters look for. She had a draft after 2 days and it was unexpected how blown away I was by what she did. She took my experience and made it sound very professional but not over-the-top. The formatting and structure of the resume was very impressive and to make things even better, the included thank you note and cover letter all match. I would continue to support the fact that although I never had a chance to use this lady because she was so rude, she is just not well versed as it relates to customer service. She has two numbers listed but both numbers are tied to her phone line so she answers the phone. When I called one number and got no answer, I tried the other number. When she answered, she was unprofessional and behaved as if I was bothering her. She is now taking my name associated with my emails and creating this insane idea that she is being harassed by me. She never serviced me, I became uninterested and quite disappointed after our first conversation. Just like anyone else, I contact services based on reviews. This lady had five stars and may be amazing at what she does if you can get past the cost and make sure you ask questions that she deems appropriate or you might end up having the same experience I had with her.
