In Dec 2019 I was quoted by Jeff Walstrom $775 for health ins. for the 2020 year. I agreed to the…read morepolicy and enrolled in auto debit for the pmts. In Jan of 2020, I received an email from Jeff Walstrom stating my ins. would go up to $910 a month effective Feb 1, 2020. I complained and reminded him he quoted me less than 30 days ago, so he agreed to honor the $775 price through May of 2020. In May of 2020, I was charged 910.00 which was not supposed to happen until June of 2020. Then in June of 2020, I was auto debited $1035 without any notification from Jeff Walstrom or BCBS. I emailed him several times and sent him a copies of the rate sheet he provided. Jeff stated the rates increased again in June and the rate sheet was now expired. Now I am paying over $1035 a month for a policy that was originally quoted at $775. My rate was increased of $261.76 in 6 months. I also never approved the auto debit amounts to raise or be changed without my knowledge, so I am filing a BBB complaint. Jeff Walstrom is not a good agent, nor is he good with communication, nor does he follow-up on anything. He quotes you and enrolls you into auto debit, then takes more money that he is supposed to. CHECK YOUR AUTO DEBIT if you have a policy with him.

Paid $450 on 5/3/25 for it. I would follow up asking for an update and the response was "I'll talk to so and so today" with zero follow up until I contacted again. Then got the run around saying they'll talk to someone today. So as of 2/11/26 it was still not complete so I cancelled my service immediately and asked for a refund. Filed the paperwork the next day with the state myself. I would like to have the owner reach out and address the issue, but I don't expect it as quality has gone downhill.

Taxes were due yesterday and I have yet to receive an update regarding the state of my tax return since February 7, 2022. I have left numerous messages via the client portal, voicemail, and email with no response. To me, this is unacceptable. I engaged this firm in good faith to include an advanced payment of $300.00. I have provided all of the required documentation with the maximum allowable time to complete a tax return (over 3 months!). It is a sad state of affiars when you have to result to posting negative reviews due to the fact that the firm will not return your messages.

You get a different payroll specialist every 3 months. they don't return calls. They say they will email you a document and it's never sent. You get disconnected if you try and call their corporate office. this is the absolute worst company ever!!!
