I went ahead and did some coaching and found that I enjoyed her input. We would talk about the issue at hand and she would say, I hear you saying ..........Sometimes I would question myself on what I was saying. she actually helped me take action on the things I wanted to achieve. Since I have met with her I have taken action. An example is taking my kids and grandkids on a memorable trip and make memories. Accomplished. We all went to Belize. I mentioned that seemed steep to me and she said she respected that, but had little patience with me after that. He helped guide me through the most difficult time of my life thus far (divorce) & has continued to be an excellent resource in helping me flourish as a happy, healthy person.
