We have international experience and we are bilingual and offer translation services.

Meet the Business Owner: Andreina W.

Former Director and Lead Consultant of a US organizational development firm in Latin America. With more than 10 years of international experience, Andreina specializes in organizational development, high performance, cultural diversity, communication, integration and teamwork. Leader of different projects in Latin America for companies such as: Microsoft, Pfizer, Coca Cola, Petrobras, IESA, Aga Gases, Schering and Net Uno among others. Proven track record as a career and transition counselor and coach at DBM, as well as university professor of public speaking and organizational development. Andreina has devoted the last 5 years of her career to teaching and becoming an expert in digital marketing for both people and organizations. Graduated from the Advanced Management Program (PAG) at IESA in 2004, with a Masters in Organizational Development from Universidad Catolica Andres Bello, Caracas in 2001, and has a Bachelor's Degree in Modern Languages with a Major in Education from UNIMET
