Nadine is a flat out liar. She wants hundreds to thousands of dollars before she will even talk to you. I told her I was going to write a bad review and she then turned around and said she turned my email into "the authorities" because she felt threaten. If she's so unintelligent she thinks a bad review is the same thing as violence find someone else, if she's so unhinged she lies, again, find someone else. There is something seriously wrong with the representatives at this company. One lady got busted…read morelying through her teeth about me because she said things that weren't true, during a phone conversation that was being recorded. I had personally requested a different representative because this lady Laura was very unprofessional. HR reps should NOT be lying about their clients in order to make themselves look like a victim. Shame on you Laura. I also sent in an email requesting information about my FSA account and asked to change it. I was told by Jennifer that I can't change it. I then responded asking for "WHEN CAN I?" and Jennifer just resent the same email that she sent before. Apparently they can't take the time to provide their clients with the information that they request. Pretty lazy employees who won't do their jobs. Another employee sent in an email reporting that their account was locked. Several days went by and NO RESPONSE. These jerks can't even take the time to respond to an email!!! What is WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE??!!?!? You guys are the worst and should be ashamed of yourselves. I receive better customer service from my ISP than I get from you guys. Worthless, completely worthless!

She has consistently demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail. Laura has gone above and beyond to ensure my questions were answered thoroughly and my needs were met promptly. In my experience, the entire team has been responsive and transparent, particularly regarding my FSA account. They've clearly explained timing restrictions (which are typically regulated by federal guidelines, not company policy) and have always provided complete information when requested. Communication has always been timely and thorough in my case. When I've emailed with questions or concerns, I've received thoughtful responses within 24 hours. Every organization faces challenges, but my experience suggests the other review that was left on this company's page doesn't reflect an honest experience and rather I would expect that this person (who is hiding behind a fake picture - and likely fake name) isn't doing her own part to understand how these things actually work. You can typically glean a lot from a person's review by looking through all their other reviews. Outside of nothing but negative reviews, her only positive experience appears to be when she visits her favorite cannabis store.

I would not recommend working with Career Partners International. They did not help me make the…read moretransition in my career and find new employment. I had very high hopes working with Career Partners. In my initial meeting with them, they guaranteed that they could not only help me make a transition from one career path to another, but would be able to do it in the short time span I had to make it in. They showed me a terrific list of businesses in the area that they have worked with and had connections with. This was perfect because one, no one else was confident enough to 'guarantee' this service, and where I was making such a career change, I did not have these connections that they already had. You are expected to do a lot on your own- which you should if you want to get the job you want. However, when I brought up any locations I would like to be in touch with, I felt I was ignored, or put off way too long. Some business I mentioned multiple times. Linkedin was basically all they told you to use here in terms of making connections. I was instructed to go through my counselor's Linkedin page, look through their connections, then ask them to put me in touch with people at the places I wanted to work. Again, I did this several times with little result. When I was connected, I felt that this connection didn't really know my counselor that well. Which made this awkward for me and the contact. When I missed my desired deadline, I tried to get my money back on the guarantee. However, this was something that was only said verbally, not in my contract, so they did not have to pay me back. In addition, I found it very unprofessional when my counselor, sent me another candidate's resume accidentally when returning my resume for review. Also, maybe it's just me, but I find it very unprofessional when multiple emails being sent to me are not checked for grammar or spell checked. Some may have good luck with this service, but for me, I felt like it was like the day-time 'colleges' that you see on TV. I'm sorry I put so much confidence and trust in them.
