I called from Vista after finding them on google. This was the worst experience I've had with any company in San Diego. My washing machine was broken and I scheduled an appointment for them to come out a couple days later. They canceled without calling me two separate times, delaying service for over a week. I paid for the service with the employee they sent to fix it and then they sent me a bill for more than twice that bill. Their charge didn't show up on my statement with their name so they refuse to acknowledge any payment at all and instead are charging me a much higher than quoted amount. Call someone else. Oh and also they will wait literally months to rely to your e-mail. read more

This is a partial retraction of my negative review posted yesterday. Although the customer service fell far short of providing satisfaction and were very poor at keeping us updated about a part that took 6 weeks to arrive, after we demanded a refund of our deposit of $400, the owner called back and lo and behold the part had arrived , and the microwave was repaired today. Kudos to our wonderful technician , Christian, who did a great , clean repair. If only takes minutes to loose a customer. read more

Gaige came back to fix another problem (unrelated to last repair) to my dryer. Fast, reasonable and had the parts on his truck. He gave his opinion on the overall condition of the dryer and since it was a Speed Queeen, even tho used prior in a hair salon, he said go ahead and fix it since it is a good dryer. 03/15/2025 Just to follow up this review because I think its only fair. Apex did follow up on my calls to them. They reported that it was internet issues was the reasons for not returning my calls. They did come out to check on their work that was performed and said their work performed was guaranteed. So they made good on their promise but was pretty rocky on the follow up but I can overlook it and will give them another try if I have any future repairs. read more

STAY AWAY!!!! the tech came and gave us a quote. we decided to move forward. when we came to repair the appliance he realized he needed an additional part to replace. our quote changed from 600 to a little over 1,000 dollars. They charged us for changing out some burners that were clicking and they were right back to clicking the next day, I have it on video. very disappointed and the management team couldnt hav cared less. read more

An Apex "technician" came to my home because the microwave was not working. He did not even touch the appliance. He merely got out his iPad and concluded that he could not repair it because it was too old to find parts. He could hardly speak English. After a long hold I got the owner on the phone. She also speaks poor English and threatened to call the police if I did not pay the $110 for his "diagnostics." I tried to call Maytag to verify his diagnosis, but after a long hold a transfer to several departments, I bought a new microwave from Costco. read more

These guys are a total scam! They came out to fix my refrigerator. They said it needed a new part which the technician happened to coincidentally have in his van... the guy was here 10 minutes, turned the fridge off from the top panel and charged me $800. He said he cleaned the fan and radiator. As you can see in the photos it was never cleaned!! I'm sure they did not expect me to take it apart to confirm. These guys are after a quick buck. read more
