He came back with his crew first thing the next morning and replaced a warped post with a much stronger one and fixed the latches on both of my gates for a very reasonable price. He made sure to be careful of my irrigation system and and they cleaned up the area nicely. If not for the new new wood, you wouldn't have known that they even worked on it. Can't beat getting it addressed and repaired fewer than 24 hours after I reached out. Highly recommend!

He explained everything more thoroughly than anyone else. My neighbor had picked another company to replace another side of the fence the week before, and many of the companies that came out to my house for this estimate mentioned the flaws with what was put up. Bennie offered to correct this for me as well. His men came out a week later and finished the job in one day. They hauled away the old fence parts as well. I highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them again if needed! There's also a one year warranty as well.

They did not think twice about driving up this way on more than one occasion to meet with me, answer my questions, measure, and install my fence and gates. My lot sits high up a hill and slopes down to a lake. This was not an ordinary installation, and yet Tim's Fences made it seem "routine." Very professional, very punctual, and exactly the type of service that (in my opinion) the competition is lacking. Joe (in the office), Tim (the owner), and German (the installer) and his crew have excellent communication skills and are obviously proud of what they do / the company / the product. I also like that they take credit cards, because I enjoy building up my rewards points even though I pay my credit card statement in full when it arrives. Would I recommend Tim's? Absolutely! They came in after we had a stressful house and pool build and they restored our faith in good, honest, and reliable commitment to both a quality product and top-notch customer service. Well done!
