Needless to say the breaker would not stay in place properly so I knew I needed a electrician. Mr. Electric was able to come next day. And like my last review he came early. He explained why it wasn't the breaker and that it was the wall outlet instead. Everything was good to go after wall outlet was replaced. I would say that it's was higher price than I expected ($350). He also gave me a quote to upgrade the panel basically replacing all the breakers and cleaning everything out not a bad price for all that they were going to do.

Just as so many franchises are doing today they just give you a list of problems you have with your home and then over charge you for the one thing you called them for to begin with. I had a very simple light fixture change in my garage and they charged over $700 for it.

High Power was the most responsive, could come out the fastest to give me a quote and then had the best rate. It was an easy decision to choose them and I'm so glad I did. Extra stars - I had to cancel on the team on our scheduled appointment because I went into labor. When we finally rescheduled, they brought me a onesie for our little guy! They do everything possible to do right by the customer! I'll be a customer again.

I finally got through to someone a month later. She scheduled the guy to come back. He came to the door, never stepped foot back inside, told my husband that there was nothing else he could do for us. He said it was working fine when he left. He said our house was too old. Side note, I have asked this same company twice for an estimate on rewiring my "old house" and have NEVER gotten this estimate.
