I think they need to get a better receipt system so that the receipts have a good description of the bolts and other small items you can buy there because if you need to return them it is well difficult to determine what receipt you had for different times you went there to buy things because there is just a generic "bolts and fasteners" if you ever needed to take it back, you will have to rely on your memory of the price to figure out which receipt you had for it. It would also be nice if they had a bicycle rack so you can lock it up.

A couple employees walked by and said nothing. Over the intercom there were starting the morning meeting and that means no HELP. It took me a while but I did get 25 down. When I get to the cashier Dana she ask me how it was going. I said not good because I had to climb to get down and I'm 70 years old. She said sorry but sais there is the guy to talk to his name is Chad. He came over and she finished me up and ask if I needed some help loading. I was not happy and said no. Chad turn around and walked away and said nothing to me. I would say you need less meeting an more helpful people. I ran a store in Midland for 29 years and My customer service was top notch .
