It has a huge selection but is pretty boring. I'm not a huge fan of the store but the selection has to add stars.

I am not good at writing reviews. Here goes-Mr. Appliance has fixed two of my Jenn-Air appliances…read moreso far (one more to go when it gives out). My double ovens were the 1st to need repair. #1 the double ovens were hard to get out of the cabinets to get to the part. They did & sent the part to Jenn-Air to be fixed. Mr. Appliance will not put in a part not made by Jenn-Air. #2 Refrigerator -this one was quite difficult. After getting it out of the Cabinet-the repair went great & they vacuumed behind the fridge & wipe the top off. They will be called when my Jenn-Air dishwasher goes out. My appliances are 19 years old-now they are like new again. Maybe another 19 years before I have to replace them. The price they charge is very reasonable.

The service was under my girlfriend's name, which is why it didn't come up when searching under…read moremine. After going back through all invoices, here's what happened: * Visit 1: $225 for a "drain line fix" that was never needed or actually fixed. The drain line is still set up exactly the same as when we moved in and has worked perfectly fine. We were even told to call a plumber, and the plumber confirmed there was no issue. * Same visit: $287 to replace a dryer belt (part #WE03X29897), which is a ~$10 part and a relatively quick repair. * Visit 2: After about an hour of diagnosing, the technician blew off a sensor and the washer immediately started working again. * Visit 3: After the washer was already functioning, we were then advised to replace the suspension rods ($155). Total paid was around $660. The main issue isn't just the price which is absurd for about 60-70 dollars worth of parts--it's that the problem wasn't correctly diagnosed from the start, and we were charged across multiple visits before arriving at a solution. There was also a repair performed that did not appear necessary. Being publicly called a liar instead of being asked for clarification was unprofessional, Rick. I also contacted the main office after these visits, and the pricing breakdown I shared previously came directly from them. Sharing this so others can ask more detailed questions upfront about diagnosis, pricing, and necessity of repairs.

I purchased a new (in-box) range here. When I got it home and opened it, I found multiple defects…read morewith the product. I took it back, hoping to swap with one of the other models, but they had the same issues. I asked the salesman if returning the item was an option. He called the boss who offered a deal instead (first red flag: my question wasn't answered). I appreciated knowing the owner wanted to work with me, but I didn't appreciate not having my question answered, so I asked again. The salesman called the boss again, and we were given another deal (second red flag). At this point, I just want my money back. I ask again and the salesman calls the boss and hands me the phone on speakerphone. The boss tries to offer me more deals, and I ask about just fully returning the item. He finally says that's an option. I tell him that's what I want to do. From that conversation, I, two people with me, and the salesman all understood I would receive a 100% refund (because the item was defective). I have a video of the salesman telling me a check would be issued in two days for the amount paid. Three days later, the owner is still trying to haggle a deal with me, and I tell him I want the full refund as we agreed. Out of the blue, he comes up with a "15% restocking fee" that he claims was the agreement. After going back and forth on this, he tries to offer me a little over half of the restocking fee if I don't write this review. It was tempting, but I didn't want other people to have to go through what I did. Bottom line: you can't trust the owner. He doesn't keep his word and doesn't stand behind his products. Stay far away!

Upon entry you are greated by several salesman at the door. My recommendation to you is don't go there just to browse otherwise you'll be hounded by these guys trying to get your business. Luckily I knew what I wanted and they left me alone. This is my only problem with places like this. Most of the time when people shop they just want to browse and not be bothered by salesmen. I noticed a customer saying she was just browsing and a few minutes later a different salesmen asked if she need help. Annoying! However, my experience was a good one. I walked in, was greeted by a salesmen and asked if I needed help. I saw the big sign in the back of the store that said "remote starters sold here" and I told the salesmen I'm here for a remote starter and walked away. Jeremy (I think was his name) helped me out big time. I told him what I wanted and he knew exactly what I needed for my vehicle. He didn't push the expensive brands on me, but gave me the bad news up front where there would be. Our jeep has one of those keys that has everything built into it.....chip....door unlocks.....hatch unlock....alarm. He knew up front that our jeep needed an $80 part to bypass Jeep's programming in these keys and he told me that's a good price. (I checked....they're $120 online). He said I could save $30 if I had 2x keys so they could program the remote starter off of them. Jeremy said it would take 2-3 hours to install. Ours took about 4-5 because we had to wait in line. The installer felt bad for how long it took and programmed some extras into our remote (door unlock, hatch unlock.....typically you pay extra for these to be programmed into your keys). Upon pick up Jeremy walked us outside to where the jeep was and walked us through the steps. Everything was fairly straight forward and we haven't had a problem since! Oh and those that are worried about the installer. They guy has been doing it for 12 years so hopefully that'll give you some peace of mind. I bought a 2 year warranty for $30 just in case. Covers EVERYTHING!
