    HVAC to Apt 1 supplying polluted air to apartment.  All other units have HVAC inside of apartment. Owner refuses to correct or even improve

    I recently entered a lease at 1320 Clay St Apt 1 Cincinnati OH 45202, owned by Eisen Management. The apartment it self was very nice. I fell in love with all the exposed brick throughout. The area was perfect for me as well. Downtown location in OTR neighborhood surrounded by shopping of all kinds and many places to eat and drink. Not to mention the arts. However, once the cold weather arrived and I needed to turn on the heat. A foul musty dirty oder was coming from the vents. I contacted the owner and asked about vent cleaning. He refused and said "in 20 years I have never had anyone ask me to do that". A few nights later, after his helper was working in the basement and left the light on, I could see between the cracks in my floor into the basement. after several weeks of back and forth with the owner, he finally agreed to put something in the open cracks in the floor. Then I noticed large gaps and holes in the duct work. He again complained that my request was unreasonable. I noticed ZERO improement in the smell and began to get bad headaches and struggling to breath, dizzy and nauseous. He called me a "mental patient to his helper and told him to just ignore me walk away and treat him like he is 3 years old, just leave". Be aware if you are considering this apartment to live in. It's HVAC in located in an unfinished contaminated basement with unsafe air quality and ODER of basement constantly. I reqested that my doors be weather stripped, he has not done so still after weeks of waiting. Took a month to replace a light bulb in the entry way. I have been forced to file and complaint and the city is coming to inspect. Check the complaint filed with the city. I must now pay my rent to the clerk of courts until he corrects the issues. Just a bad person to say the very least and keep it professional. Been over a month and he still has not had the CO2 levels tested, he said "that will cost me thousands, this was supposed to be my retirement". If the HVAC is still in the basement when you look to rent this apartment, DON"T DO IT.

    Mold under the new carpet

    I was catfished!!! I went online and found a complex (Four Winds Apartments in Corpus Christi) close to my work. The online pics looked great! I called and they sent pics of an apartment like one I would be renting. I lived over 8 hours away but when I got there and opened the door the smell of mold was overwhelming. Mold, German cockroaches, water damaged ceilings, hair painted into the tub drain, putrid water filling the dishwasher...etc. It's so nasty. This place obviously uses photo shopped pics of the exterior and out right lies such as the units have double pane windows. Garbage piles up next to the giant dumpster because they aren't emptied frequently. Im getting sicker every day I live here from the mold.

    I recently attempted to rent an apartment at Solaire Apts 1750 & 1500 Karen Avenue, Las Vegas NV 89169. After my background check, my rental history check, my income check and a credit check I decided to do a check on them. I found out they had a sorted history. I wanted a security door that most of the apartments already had, I was told I would have to wait a year or purchase my own. (Researched $800) I requested an additional deadbolt lock & was told it would be an additional $50 fee unless I purchased my own and they would install it. I did, and gave it to the Rental Agent to install. A week pasted and NO installation. I phoned texted, and e-mailed about progress of the installation without successfully getting a response. Flustrated, because I had given notice to my old complex and needed to move. Given the apartment's history I didn't want to move without the extra security. I emailed the complex that they were in violation of our agreement. I finally received a nasty e-mail from the Manager s telling me they weren't in violation because it was a "courtesy" I had already paid for credit check, move in fee, Apartment insurance and the first month's rent. Yes! it was a "Verbal agreement. but if you can't someone at their word. I want nothing to do with them! I want my first month's payment back as I haven't moved in!

She got us set up with the Compass app so we could search for homes through the app and let her know ones we were interested in. For every home, she followed up with the seller's realtor to get the status of the home. She went with us to open houses or set up private showings. It's such a big purchase, and having someone knowledgeable about what to look out for was super helpful. She let us know pros and cons for the homes we looked at and it really helped us make a decision. Once we found a house we loved, she put in the offer and took charge from there, which I appreciated.     The time it takes to get schedule a repair is very long. I had to repair the garage and it took…read moremore than a week. The customer service is also very poor. They seem like they don't care about your needs and just give you lip service. The worst part is, in their contract, there is a mandatory carpet cleaning fee when moving out. Had to spend $600 for already stained carpets when we moved in. When we moved out, we left something and they said to come pick it up right away 4pm in the afternoon. I do not ever want to rent from these people again.

She called me today while I'm at work, asked me a question but wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise. However when I did finally get a question in regarding why their maintenance scheduling system is inaccurate, she couldn't answer me then stated she's canceling my requests and hung up in my face. Her name is Frances, and she's the only staff at RPM I seem to have issues with. She's very unprofessional with her lack of customer skills and etiquette and this makes the organization/company/owner look bad. She also allowed their vendor to come through our gate to do work on another unit and they moved our child's trampoline which knocked the leg off and now they're denying they moved it, even after I provided photos and a video. I try to make things simple as I believe in being fair and expect the same in return, but I do know how to complicate things when necessary. I'm hoping I don't have to choose that option. How sad is this, so much for the customer is always right "Frances Torres commented on "tub/shower is leaking" Meld. "Cynthia the vendor didn't touch your trampoline the vendor who has been in business for over 25 years & very honest so they will not be returning to fix or correct anything they didn't touch the job was completed in one day and they didn't return. .... handyman service doesn't work 4-6pm. We have made several attempts to accommodate you to get these on urgent repairs done. there has always been problems schedule any work. We will post 24 hour to enter with date and time. Thank you!"
