We had noticed it for some months but never gotten the opportunities to try it out. Recently I pulled my hip and could really need some help recovering so we decided to give it a try. We found the place amazing and now we tried to go at least once a week! - Although in a noisy plaza, it's very quiet inside. Someone did a great job sound-proofing the place - Very clean! The sheets, towels, floor, entire facility! - All the masseuses are VERY good! Professional, strong, get to the point. I usually go after 3hr of intensive pickleball games. Every time I felt well recovered after the session! I think there are masseurs (male) too but I have so far not tried any - In each massage room, it has heated bed to help you relax - It's close to home! Who would want to drive 30min after a massage? this one is a 5min drive! You should try it and you will thank yourself for that!

She does Chinese Traditional Medicine, and has been trained by top doctors in China. After I started seeing her, I found out she even has written multiple books and has a Phd! She is super smart and is fluent in both Chinese and English My Story: I have ITP, which is an autoimmune disorder. I have been seeing American doctors for years, and have to take several medications for it. The doctors, hospitals, and medications have taken their toll on me. After seeing Dr Yang, my energy is noticeably better, I look younger, my thinking is much better (which shows up in my work performance), my ITP is getting better, I'm sleeping better, and feel happier. My body feels like it is getting stronger starting on the inside, which is the best way to heal. Recently, I had really bad allergies from pollen, and my nose and sinuses were complete stopped up. I mentioned it to Dr Yang, and she added in extra treatment to deal with that. I had fast relief, and my nose and sinuses opened up and everything cleared out! At each appointment, Dr Yang will check the tongue, and use other Chinese methods see how my body is responding to treatment. Then she will adjust the treatment accordingly. She also teaches methods to deal with "life" things that come up, and teaches better mindset during treatment. She taught me breathing excercises to do, and she uses QiGong while placing the needles, which makes treatment even more effective. These things all make a noticeable difference. Though Dr Yang is an amazing acupuncture doctor, she is also far more. She is very compassionate towards her patients, is deeply concerned with their well-being, teaches problem-handling skills, provides new perspectives on "life", and teaches healing energy. All of this in addition to the QiGong mentioned above. I am very grateful for having found Dr Yang.

The deep tissue is definitely not your "relax and fall asleep" kind of massage -- it's more of a true deep tissue massage where she really gets in there and works out the knots. I walked in carrying a ton of tension and walked out feeling like my shoulders had finally unclenched for the first time in forever! What's crazy is she's tiny, but so strong and relentless when it comes to getting those knots out. Don't let the size fool you -- she will find every tight muscle you didn't even know you had... and probably a few you were hoping she wouldn't find. She will get every knot out of your back and release tension throughout your entire body, and sometimes that requires full-on pressure that not everyone can handle. In my opinion, she's perfect for blue-collar workers who are on their feet all day, caregivers, nurses, athletes, and regular gym-goers who truly need relief. I worked with Liat for the birth of my first child earlier this year, hoping for an unmedicated delivery in a hospital setting. From our very first call, her deep understanding of the healthcare system -- where it excels and where it falls short for labor and delivery -- immediately put me at ease. I knew I'd be in good hands. In our two prenatal meetings, Liat taught my husband and me so much about approaching labor both mentally and physically. The sessions were eye-opening and genuinely prepared us for every scenario we might face. I took birth classes too, and while they were helpful, my time with Liat was by far the most valuable part of my birth education. When the day came, her support was nothing short of extraordinary. She monitored my contractions, came to both my home and the hospital, massaged me through every contraction, helped me reposition, and guided us in navigating the hospital staff with my birth preferences. For hours on end, she was warm, calm, and completely present. It's hard to put into words how deeply cared for I felt -- she has a rare gift for making people feel safe and at home during one of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. My birth went beautifully, exactly as I had hoped, and I owe so much of that to Liat. Both my husband -- a physician -- and I are certain we could not have had such a wonderful experience without her.

Long overdue review for Liat - (VBAC: September 2024)…read more I had an unmedicated VBAC and I cannot stress enough how important Liat was during every minute of labor and delivery. During my first pregnancy i didn't have a doula and barely got any help from the hospital staff. During my initial visit, I was impressed with her confidence (she gave the exact same info as my OB) and chose her to be doula during birth. During early labor she gave the right guidance to manage pain and prolong the stay at home. That helped us reach hospital during active labor which was a key difference from my previous C-section. The hospital staff were surprised that I had progressed so much in my labor, managing at home. Liat helped with different positions during active labor at the hospital, massaging my back which helped during contractions. During pushing, Liat had me push with different positions (I got no inputs from the hospital staff) I trusted her inputs and presence which helped me stay calm mentally. Baby boy came out in a perfect way, and it was truly a dream birth. She had a great relationship with my husband and made him feel at ease throughout labor and delivery. After birth, Liat continued to check in with us every single day to make sure my recovery and everything with the baby was going well. I did not plan for unmedicated birth given that pregnancy and birth are not within our control. But with Liat's presence, I had full confidence to give birth without epidural. 100% recommend Liat!!
