I did a 60 minute reiki session with Jamee and had a very positive experience - even as someone with little to no background knowledge in reiki, Jamee was very helpful in breaking down the fundamentals for me. She talked me through the different chakras and their meanings, took the time to explain the 'whys' behind some of the practices and effects of the session, which overall helped maximize what I got out of it. My favorite part of the session was the sound bath, which was something I had never experienced before but thoroughly enjoyed. Last fall, my partner and I were looking for a birth doula who would take KP insurance and support a natural hospital birth.
