They get someone to come out to cut it and he is just really giving off the vibe that he don't really want to be there. My son's haircut looks horrible but at this point I'll have someone else fix it. I didn't even want to leave a tip but I left $4 (the cut already cost $38, for a child's cut) as we were walking out the door I hear a comment and jokes about "see she only tipped $4) the audacity when I could have done what he did myself.
