They refused to echange it. so now I'm stuck with another battery that doesn't have the range to get me to work and back, I was clearly bait and switched as they were trying to get rid of the 20ah batteries and couldn't care less about filling the correct order. i've purchased 3 high end scooters, numerous spart parts, and I've been always recommending them to my close friends. However that will now all change. now that I have a $400 dollar battery that doesn't have the range at all, It's a complete waste to me. I have an appointment with the family attorney so see what can be done. Be careful folks!

I've visited the large Mega-Stores and to be honest, it's very impressive to see dozens of boats on the floor and more color choices than one can imagine. Being a small Mom and Pop shop that isn't their forte. Their forte is knowing their product and being able to answer questions ranging from the most basic ones to the extremely technical. Have a problem with your boat, ATV, UTV, or other toys, they can fix it. Heck, they even offer boat storage, winterizing and in and out service. They are even able to customize and add accessories ......that remote control windlass will really come in handy! We…read morewere looking for a used snowmobile for my wife and thought we would buy one from a dealer so we didn't end up with someone else's junk off of marketplace. We bought a machine, hauled it all the way to Hayward and it didn't even make it 20 miles and the engine blew up. Called them up and they said bring it back and we'll rebuild the motor. Thought this is great-someone actually standing behind what they sell. They "rebuilt " the engine asking us to pay for the other piston so we would have a whole new motor so we agreed. Haul the sled back up North made it about 200 miles and the engine locked up again. Brought it back to Ken's and they said yep the crank we put in it was junk and now it wrecked the case and everything is worse than before. This time though they said too bad we're not fixing it we'll give you $1000.00 for it for salvage. Long story short bought a snowmobile for 5400.00 got about 220 miles out of it and was offered $1000.00 for it because they put junk parts in it trying to patch it up and it bit them in the ass. Now we're paying for it. The answer we got from Chris the owner was yeah it sucks guess you should have bought a new one. Think twice before buying from them. I sure wish I would've read the Yelp reviews before buying from them.

Sitting on the showroom floor was a Honda Super Cub 125 ABS in stunning Pearl Nebula Red. Flashbacks of the 60's advertisement campaign "You meet the nicest people on a Honda" did a flashback in my mind. I was smitten, in lust, in love, call it kismet; This Super Cub was coming home with me. John once again made purchasing a new toy much too easy. He made me an offer I couldn't refuse. They even delivered it too! My first ride on the lil Super Cub, I could hear the song "Little Honda" playing in my head. To steal a few lines from the song, "It's not a big motorcycle, Just a groovy little motorbike, It's more fun than a barrel of monkeys, That two wheeled bike, We'll ride on out of town, To any place I know you like..."

I'm writing this review based on both my own and my husband's recent experiences. We've both made…read moreseparate purchases from Cedar Creek Motorsports over the last few years. The showrooms are impressive--stocked with a wide range of all the latest motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, pontoons, dirt bikes, snowmobiles, and jet skis, as well as a solid selection of used inventory and riding gear. My husband has purchased several quality helmets, gloves, and accessories from here. Our Vehicle Purchase Experiences: * My Husband: When he was interested in seeing the used motorcycles in their showroom, it took multiple emails and texts before he finally received a response from a salesman. After he was finally able to communicate with a salesman, visit the showroom and decide on a bike, closing the sale was quite the lengthy ordeal. I think from start to end, from the time he walked into the showroom. it was almost 6 hours before he was all done. A little over a year later, he received a promotional email (from the same salesman who sold him the bike) about trading it in. He replied with interest but didn't hear back for weeks, despite following up by text several times. He did have some back and forth talks with the salesman but frustrated, he ended up trading it in at Fuel Motorsports in West Bend, where the process was much smoother and faster (in & out in less than 2 hours). * My Visit: I went in to see a used scooter listed online at a good price by one of the salesmen at Cedar Creek. We were greeted promptly, and after inquiring about the scooter, shown to the pre-owned showroom where it was. However, when discussing the price, the in-store price was around $500 higher than what was listed online. After I showed the ad I saw on my phone to the gentleman, he said something along the lines of "well, I don't know why he'd list it cheaper", which gave me the impression that maybe the online listing was done in error or it wasn't communicated correctly within the sales team. They honored the lower price, which I'm thankful for, though after that interaction, the vibe kind of shifted downward a bit and I felt awkward the rest of my time there. Despite paying in full (no financing or trade-in), the purchase process dragged on for close to two hours, with our salesman gone more than he was present. I understand certain aspects of the transactions take time (I'm well versed in vehicle sales) and that the salespeople are busy juggling multiple things at once, but lack of communication and interpersonal skills don't help build a positive and trusting relationship with the customer. Overall: Cedar Creek Motorsports has a great selection and decent pricing, but communication and efficiency can be hit or miss. If you're really patient and do your homework, you can find good deals--but don't expect a seamless experience. I will add: Each time we've ever gone inside Cedar Creek, everyone we've interacted with there was always pleasant and nice. The sales staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and do acknowledge you even if you're not working directly with them.
