Theirs was the lowest quote I received, and I don't think I'd have gotten better quality from a more expensive electrician. The price charged at the end was the same as the estimate. They arrived on time, was courteous and quick, and I couldn't be happier with the work. I had reached out to a few other people too (three in total), and not only was Joaquin the quickest to respond, but he also had the best pricing. We booked everything in less than 10 minutes, which was amazing. He showed up right on time, professional, was super friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions. Joaquin was fantastic. I needed help installing a smart camera because my old (broken) doorbell power line wasn't supplying enough power. I'm a new homeowner and the house has been renovated and added on to several times so the wiring is pretty confusing. He managed to find the old transformer in chaos that is my attic. Joaquin was excellent. He separated our bathroom light and exhaust fan into their own switches. He also added much needed lighting in our garage. Our bedroom got some work done so we can turn on the light with a switch. Yeah our house needed some common sense adjustments and Joaquin did them elegantly and with minor to no cutting into our walls. I contacted Joaquin again when I needed an electrical outlet for the outside of my house. Service was excellent once again. Joaquin explained what he would be doing and even took a video of the crawl space where he hooked up the electricity to show me what he had done (the wire was attached at different places so it wasn't just hanging in the crawl space). He showed me how to reset the outlet if necessary although it did have an outside cover. I highly recommend using AP Power. I agreed to have Joaquin help me repair my EV outlet less than 6 months ago because the receptacle was cheap and needed to be replaced with a decent one. He came ontime, was very professional, explained a lot of things and took no shortcuts with his work. I was quite happy with Joaquin that day until..... about a couple weeks ago, the outlet that he replaced stopped working. I messaged Joaquin immediately and he came to help figure it out. It turns out that when he connected 2 of the wires together 6 months ago, he used a fancy but faulty connecting device that melted. This outlet was doing the samething the last 6 months of regularly charging an EV for a few hours each day, which he knew about and it was not doing anything outside of its capacity. So, it was very weird that this device wouldnt last that long. Joaquin switched the device to an old reliable wire connector, which I think he should have used in the first place. Anyway, I got charged a service fee for replacing a device that Joaquin, not me, brought and chose to use 6 months ago. I hope Joaquin does not rely on those devices in the future. He should get reimbursed for the crappy one he used in my outlet and I should get reimbursed for the fee I had to pay for it not working. read more

He came out and quickly assessed the work, even pointing out prior work that wasn't appropriately installed for my home. He got to work on that right away, even heading out to pick up certain parts. I happened to buy fans that weren't the most appropriate for the backyard areas, but Joaquin found a creative solution to install them and they look and work amazingly.
