When I picked up the car I was astonished to find that rather than simply install the tires, they also completely cleaned both from rims, which were coated with brake dust when I'd dropped off the car. Juxtapose that with my experience at another shop, which after replacing the rear pair of tires, returned the car to me with handprints in the brake dust of both wheels. Unlike Fuller, who completely cleaned every bit of grime from my wheels, this other shop never even gave them a quick wipe with a rag!

The failure occurred during Firestone's service, yet I was still presented with the cost of repair rather than a clear assumption of responsibility. Drew, the Service Advisor, attempted to back me into a corner verbally and became frustrated when I presented a differing opinion to his. Let me quickly add that Drew attempted to back me into a corner to complete additional services with them that would've run me over $5,000.
