Had the charges removed by my complex. This company clearly has a relationship with Centro and cleans behind move outs. The fact Centro didn't actually verify how clean the apartment was prior to their fake cleaning charges is beyond me. Brisas cleaning service will charge you or your organization for BS cleaning. Avoid this company at all costs. They are liars. Also avoid Centro, they aid in illegal cleaning charges.

I start give Victoria more unit to clean I think she had to sub out other people that when things get really bad. With Airbnb details and throughout is most important things. Originally we scheduled them to work from 9AM-12PM, but they got done early at 11AM and we didn't have to pay that extra hour (yeah). The only downside was that one of the women accidentally broke my antique figurine while dusting off my shelf. She told me to call the office so that I could be reimbursed, which I immediately did so. I had to show proof of its authenticity, value, along with pics, which I did so, and was immediately sent a check within 2 days. All in all a good experience, the bathroom was scrubbed excellently, as was the kitchen, et al. I would recommend Mighty Maids to others. :)

Windows, window tracks, fridge, microwave, oven, toilets, showers, and sinks, floors etc were all sparkling clean. Another added plus is they also give you options to make payment: Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App... Would highly recommend!

Fabiola just texts me the day before to remind me, I put the key out and I come home to a beautiful house. Its really nice. Everyone should have a house cleaner. Especially one like Fabiola.

She told us that they would send for our first cleaning 2 people who would work to do a 'deep cleaning'. They ended in sending ONE person and were charged the same as the quote. When one person came, I asked if she was the only person coming and she said yes. So I assumed that we would be charged less. So was shocked when she asked for the original quote amount. The house was not cleaned well. Dirt in the corners etc. Supposedly the baseboards were supposed to be cleaned, which they weren't. She didn't have cleaning products, I had to supply my own. She didn't even clean the front of our fridge! Yet, we were charged the amount that was to pay for 2 people. When I reached out to the owner, I never got a response, which pretty much says it all..... Really feel as though we were conned. Have had other services when living in Seattle that were all superior to this company. Their 'deep cleaning' thing is a total sham, and I am annoyed that I fell for it. I highly recommend going elsewhere for your cleanings.
