I was a former employee of anz security & petrol service. They are totally fraud. Aziz khan hired me at $7.25/hr and i was told that i will get raised within next 15 days but never got raised in 4 months. owner Aziz khan and his supervisor shoukat hayat always calling me and telling me to go to assign site and then aftet 2-3 hours calling me back again to move from that site and go to other site. I was told if the property owner/manager call us that why we are not at site just tell them that I'm on lunch/ break and call shoukat hayat and let him know that property owner called so he will let them know that i had called him and told him that i was on break and then run back to first job. I was literally driving from north houston to conroe constantly 2-3 times every night. When i complaint about it to aziz khan he said we are short of employees but don't worry i will reimburse you for your gas and milage which he never did. When i told him that he promised me to reimbursing gas and milages of my car he said that's how thay work if i want to work with them i have to do what supervisor tell me or i can leave the job and work somewhere else. At last i was so tired of his lying that i had to quit the job. He hold my paycheck for extra week and told me to come to his office to pickup check when i asked why he said i have to sign documents that I'm leaving my job on my own otherwise i can do whatever i can he will not pay me. This company is nothing but full of frauds. If manager calls tell them i was working whole night 2) Pondarosa Apartments 17033 Butre Creek Rd Houston,Tx 77090 Hours from 12am to 4am If manager calls tell them that I'm working from 9pm.3) Wingstop. 2802 N shepherd dr suite 400 Houston, tx 77008 Hours from 10pm to 1am If manager calls tell them i worked from 10pm to 4am 4) Su Familia cars & truck 510 W Canino Rd Houston, Tx 77037 Hours from 11pm to 12am then 7am to 8am If manager calls tell them I'm working from 11pm to 8am 5) La vie villas 106 La Vie Dr Montgomery, Tx 77316 Hours from 6pm to 9pm If manager calls tell them I'm working from 6pm to 6am 6) Modia Theater 7927 Cypress Creek Pkwy, Houston, TX 77070 Hours from 9pm to 11pm then 8am to 9am. If owner calls tell her i worked 12 hours shift Everyday my job was at different site and i had to cover 2 sites and when i told them i couldn't do this anymore aziz khan told me choice is mine and after i quit the job he told these people that i wasn't working correctly so he fired me. I would love to write my review here for this company. Before that I wud tell lil bit abt myself, i am Rick Dawson and i moved with my family here to texas 2 years ago. I worked as a commissioned officer in Illinois and looking for the same here in Houston TX. One of my friends recommended me this company and before moving any further I checked their reviews on BBB (better business bearue) website and was amazed to see such an excellent reputation for this company. Remember If BBB has something on their site, that is counted Valid and authentic. Some of the site's owners had posted their reviews abt this company and I without waiting any further I moved to the next step and applied here in this company Its been 2 years now, i am working with this company as a commissioned officer and never was so satisfied with my employment before as I am right now. I work here at this company since past 3 years and i cannot find any better security company other than ANZ to work for. There are several reasons, first of all is the job security, like some companies have temporary work for few months and then they send u home, at ANZ they have long term permanent locations and once u start working here you will never have any issues with your employment. Very stable and permanent. Very safe location areas where they send you and I never had any kind if trouble with them. I get paid every two weeks and its always on time and never late. I been working with this company for over 1 year nice and professional people to work with i love working with this company. But unfortunately there are some individuals who believe when they come to work they sign in and leave site go home to their girlfriend or wife and when they caught by the supervisor and asked to come back to work this is not good cause they just given warning and after multiple incidents they are let go they cry like a baby they are ok to do so since I believe they should be fired first time they got caught again this is my opinion. read more

I would like to give 5 stars to this company because in my two years of employment i never had any kind of issues working here as an unarmed security guard. Always get my pay on time and the sites that are assigned to me are the long term permanent sites they have. Never had any security issue or any complaints by any of the clients. ANZ Security have been my security guards for the past 3 years and they are by far the best! They are responsive, thorough and efficient in their line of security duty. The ANZ Security guards are active and report everything they see. If I have requests on a specific task, they are sure to complete it and report back. They are also available for short notice.
