I was told that Benton Green Energy could no longer obtain this product, which produced an excellent installation and a noticeable reduction in heating bills, with increased comfort. Dean did an excellent job, worked hard, and made sure the job was done right. Here are some details of my experience: * Dean came out, inspected the house, and gave an estimate. * He emailed a contract document detailing the work to be done at what price. * He showed up on time with his necessary equipment. * He tested the house to see just how well (or not) it was sealed. He was also able to nail down the largest problem areas in testing to know where to focus. * He worked hard to make sure the job was done right. It took a long full day due to our house needing LOTS of seal work, being an older home. He stuck it out even with his assistant not showing up to work the same day. If I had it to do over again, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Mr. Benton.

Found out that this person did not replace heat strips that he said he did. He took our money…read more($370.00) and didnt do anything. Our system continued to have problems after the heat strips were replaced by him...he was called immediately and he supposedly got another set of strips and was going to come out and replace them, but he never did. Couldnt get a hold of him either. This year our system is having same problems. We have since found out that our heat strips are the ORIGINAL strips.Mr Quinn did NOT replace any of the heat strips. He took advantage of us knowing my husband was severely disabled with MS and is wheelchair bound and would not be able to get under our house and see that he didnt do what we paid him for. That is the lowest of low.. Everyone beware and do not call this man to do any work for you. He literally stole our money.
