He was able to let me in the gym while he was at his second home in Costa Rica. I was impressed with his level of sincerity and just overall pleasant demeanor. Although I had heard some negative rumblings about the previous owner, Ryan was super nice and easy to deal with. He informed that he has owned the gym for two years now and installed the most modern and advanced exercise equipment on the market and it shows when you walk in the door, surprisingly the gym was not crowded for the week I went in my guest pass and was always very clean and all of the members were very nice. I am a few pounds overweight and non of the members made me feel uncomfortable or out of place. I will be going back when I visit next and look forward to meeting Ryan in person! The ropes are worn out. The water filter has been on red for awhile and stuff floats in my water. There's hard water stains all over the fountain. In general the place is dirty. The ceilings are stained. The rafters are filthy. The equipment is frequently filthy. The paper towels for sanitary stations almost never works or is out. The hand soap is frequently out in the bathroom. It's just a generally dirty place. But new equipment. And lots of it.

Lack of respect with certain instructors and classes. It all comes down to poor management and a lack of a working Board of Directors. I would have given this location a 1 star for the exception of how friendly the staff was. Summary this place could be the elite club in town if there is some major investment.
