Most of these gyms are the same footprint. Same machines. Same quality. Friendly folks. This gym is infact that. I have the program through your insurance that gives you access to 15k+ gyms for 25 bucks a month. It is very much worth it if you travel or just want gym variety in your own town. What I really like about this gym is the footprint. Everything has plenty of space around it. Most if not all the machines were maintained. Didn't smell, and everything you want for in a nice gym. If I'm back in town, y'all will see me again.

I offered cash and was told they didn't take cash. I would have to use a card. I did. They charged my card then gave me their policy to review and sign. I thought they wanted to much personal information, especially for just a day pass. plus they wanted me to sign saying "I have reviewed and agree to terms of service " but would not provide the terms for me to read. The young person got a very rude and condescending, so I opted not to use their facilities. Then I was told they will not refund my card. How is that not theft. I talked to 4 different people, including a so called manager. Same result. Tried to contact corporate using the internet, but that was a dead end. Tried to obtain the regional manager's information and they refused to gI've it, claiming that was private information. Not sure how giving your regional or corporate contact information is private. So to sum this up, They require your money before having you agree to the rules but will not let you read the rules, also require way to much personal information just to lift heavy objects, I assume to sale to fell scammers. And if you don't agree or actually want to read the terms you can't get your money back. TOTAL THIEVES

It is geared both toward the free weight crowd and the weight machine crowd, has a nice quantity of cardio equipment (currently not all in use because of Covid), and includes an outdoor fitness area with ropes and strongman equipment. Currently, social distancing signs are posted and sanitizer is available throughout. The husband/wife team who own the gym are knowledgeable and friendly and I believe compete in the powerlifting arena. Personal trainers are available (for a fee of course). Pre-Covid there were aerobics classes; I don't know if those are currently in session. The gym is part of the network of gyms generally covered by insurance plans that include fitness memberships. I believe there is the option for paying a small fee to visit. The gym is open to all members Monday through Friday, but accessible to members who pay a little extra for 24/7 access (via key card). I have that membership and going on Saturday or Sunday is like having your own private gym complete with squat racks and deadlift platforms. Amazing! If you read my Yelp reviews, you know I don't usually gush. This gym merits that. Check it out.
