The gym floor, bathrooms, and locker rooms were all clean, and the locker area felt spacious. Only one machine I planned to use was out of order, which is a pretty good ratio. ​The only slight downside is that the lighting here isn't as super bright as other locations I've visited. However, that is a trade-off I am more than happy to make for a gym that isn't packed. I will definitely visit again.

Upon walking in, the young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and greeted me with a "Good Morning" as I scanned in and delivered a "Have a Great Workout" as I walked away from the desk. Understanding that I am big on service, that brief interaction really made me feel welcomed at this location. If I was in the market for a home gym, her delivery of service would have sold me on this location. Getting to the equipment, this location isn't as large as my home gym, however, they have all of the primary equipment. Along with having the primary equipment, they have a lot of it. This is a huge plus based on the understanding that the popular cardio equipment is usually all taken, this location has made an effort to ensure that there is almost always one available. Overall, my time spent at this location was pleasant. I went. I hit the elliptical. I left. LoL!!! Oh yeah, I brought a Gatorade as well and that was a smooth transaction. Through competent trainers, a motivating program, and a group of awesome people (at all fitness levels) I have seen major gains. I feel well supported at Wonderfly and know that if I have a question the resources are there. This is a judgement free zone of positive, goal oriented individuals. Traditional gym never worked for me. I would spend more time figuring out my playlist than actually exercising. Here I show up ready to work and the trainers have a dummy proof workout lined up. Leaves little room for excuses. I definitely recommend if you want fitness direction and a supportive community.

I did continue exercises I learned there to keep strengthening my back though. I love the staff their, they are friendly, courteous and they truly care. Anyone who knows the staff and the Dr there knows their interest is only in making the patient well. I am currently seeing him again (3 years later for first time) because of another auto collision. I have faith that within a short time he will have me up and going stronger than ever. By the way, my exercises didn't start till 3rd visit, but mainly because alignment issues had to be corrected prior to beginning my physical therapy parts of my sessions. Trust this doctor. He will get you well where you don't have to come back.

The class was decent overall, though I personally prefer studios where instruction is spoken in Sanskrit--especially when paying around $40 per class. It's possible this was specific to the instructor I had that day. One major plus is the free parking, which was always a struggle at the studios in the city. While the experience didn't fully click for me, it may be a good fit for others. I'm still continuing my search for a home studio.
