I have been a member at Anytime Fitness in Irwin for a number of years and have the health and body to prove it. I am over 60 years old and because of the personal trainer, Jonathan, and other trainers, Rob, Cody, Jacob, Jordon, who go out of their way to help you out with training tips and at times nutritional tips too. They are a good reflection of their manager, Chad, who is the most giving, kind hearted, hard working guy who has a lot of patience with people of diverse cultures and ages. The equipment always is updated and cleaned everyday; the staff whether it is Laura or Ryan see to the club and its member's needs are well taken cared of even after they clock out at the end of the day. The owners Brian and his beautiful wife, Carrie, visit the facility often and converse with the members to assure that each member's problems get resolved and engage in meetings not only to maintain the current state of the club's equipment but also to incorporate new equipment, and group activities. I cannot leave without saying a few words about Rocky who is the Regional Manager not only is he intelligent, personable, knowledgeable, highly creative and cuter than all hell but also a kind, warm-hearted hottie!!!!! Val who teaches the Zumba classes is the best; she goes out of her way for the Zumba ladies and for Anytime Fitness. I love the convenience factor of a gym that is open to me literally any time of the day or night. That is one reason I chose Anytime Fitness Irwin in February 2013. But there are many more positive things about Anytime Fitness Irwin beyond the convenience. I have belonged to health clubs and gyms my entire adult life, so I have many experiences with good and bad workout facilities. One thing that I look for is upkeep of equipment and the facility. I have been in gyms that when a piece of equipment breaks down, it's like that for weeks, sometimes months. I have noticed that at Anytime Fitness in Irwin, the equipment is regularly maintained so that breakdowns are very rare. A big plus! And the facility and the restrooms are always clean. Also, I have been to gyms where after you pay your fees, you are completely on your own to figure out how to use the equipment. At Anytime Fitness Irwin, there are always plenty of staff members there during regular hours who are more that happy to assist you when you need help. And they are always smiling and cheerful! Recently, I travelled from LA to Irwin PA in order to visit an old friend of mine. They are a member at this gym and recommended that I check it out. When I got there the manager gave me a free pass and was really nice. I explained I was just visiting and she suggested I try one of their other locations at a later time. I might take her up on that offer too because this facility was very nice. It wasn't crowded at all and they had everything you can want out of a gym. This place is great for anyone that is very serious about their physical fitness because it has everything you need, but is also good for anyone that prefers a lighter exercise as well. I think those previous bad reviews are from a long time ago because this place has their stuff together. read more

This anytime fitness location is great. I have been to a couple of others out of town and they have been good too. I love that there is never too many people here, so i can always get on machines. Also, there always seems to be staff around willing to jump in and help out. When I joined anytime fitness, i never thought that I would need to work with a personal trainer, but the trainer I met with has really opened my eyes to a new way of working out- a whole new mindset. I love it. i am also down 14lbs and almost 8% body fat! (still have some to go!) I also never thought I could afford a personal trainer, but they have flexibility that made it work for me. thumbs up to this one! read more

I am very surprised by the negative reviews concerning AnyTime Fitness, Irwin. My wife and I have been members of the club since it opened 13 months ago and we have had nothing but a positive experience. The staff is always friendly and willing to give advice. The club itself is very clean and the equipment appears to be the best on the market. We have been members to the other "gyms" in the Irwin area and I assure you that we have no plans on leaving AnyTime FItness when our membership expires. We also appreciate the fact that the atmosphere is condusive to working out without the intimidation factor you get at the other local gyms. read more

A lot of nice people but a Maga group of Trump tough guys think they run the place. Just today I turned off the TV with Fox News that no one was watching, especially the Napoleonic little muscle head who was letting his weights crash to the ground after every dead lift. He got in my face and threatened to punch me if I touched the remote again. The trainer came back and said to shut up and turned it to espn as the tough guy kept mouthing. Classic Irwin nuttery. This gym is awesome staff is so great and helpful and it it immaculate I have been a member for over a year and I have belonged to other gyms and there is no question that anytime fitness is the best. I work with a trainer and she is the best I have learned so much from her and have made a friend for life along with other new friends. After going to Galaxy for several years, I got a little sick of the crowd. I had to wait entirely too long to use the machines I wanted to. I stopped into Anytime to see what it was all about, and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and the facilities weren't overcrowded. I work odd hours, so it's nice to be able to work out when I get done with the night shift. All in all, I'm very happy wtth my experience here. read more

A great Gym. Clean and open when you want to work out, 24/7. numerous amenities available, trainers, massage, etc if you want to use it. Staff is friendly and helpful if you have questions, but is not always in your face pushing personal training or other services if you are not interested. Anytime Fitness is a great concept, there's something awesome about being able to go to the gym anytime you want. After a shift that ended at 4am, or Christmas Morning after you open your presents and before you start pounding cookies. This Anytime in particular is very well run and maintained. I have been a member here since it opened and it has been a great experience. The equipment is new. The staff is very friendly. It is always very clean and organized. It is a great relaxing place to workout. You can go in anytime of the day or night and get your workout in without being bothered.
