I noticed that I had been getting charged twice the amount of my membership. I asked for a refund which the manger said they would give me credits back to my account. My fiance who is in fitness advised me this did not mean a refund back to my card. I called back and explained that I needed the money back to pay for my bills/expenses. The manager started aggressively bossing me around stating that they already credited my account (I checked they did not) and they were not going to refund my card. I then replied and told her that I needed this money because it has caused my bank to go negatvie to which she replied "well even if I credit you it would take 8-10 business days so it wouldnt matter anyways" I am completely in awe of how this women behaved on the phone. I have been charged twice as much a month that was caused by someone at planet fitness taking my private information and creating another account. I am terrified.

One of the BEST OTF experiences I have had, and I've been to studios all over the country. Every…read moresingle person on their team was friendly and welcoming, and beyond normal pleasantries but genuinely interested in getting to know members (and me as a visitor from out of town). The space itself has the newer tech, is very clean, and extremely organized (it is the most organized OTF I've ever been to, no offense to my home studio). Example...a sign up list for the showers...brilliant! There were all sorts of fun challenges going on, and great highlights of the accomplishments of members. During the class the coach had AMAZING energy and provided excellent guidance to each person in the class that needed it (which seems to be something fewer and fewer coaches are doing). If I lived in the area, and wasn't a member, I'd have joined on the spot. Keep up the great work!

If you don't cancel 30 days before your last billing date you get charged an extra month which is awesome. I think I used about three months of my membership (going consistently weekly) and then due to life I stopped going and when I went in to terminate my contract neither the manager (blonde) nor one of the trainers (Trevor, which I've worked out with numerous times) even looked at me, they didn't say hi, hey how have you been, haven't seen you in a while, oh you're leaving, how come? How did you like it when you did go? It was absolutely embarrassing and extremely poor customer service, to act like neither of them even knew me and to act like I didn't just spend $1000 at their workout studio was downright disrespectful. I keep replaying being in there and I honestly wish I would've said something because that was unacceptable as a manager and trainer. I would never go to Orangetheory again especially this location.

Physical health is important to mental health so I went with her because we had to immediately go to her work afterwards, and I was accompanying her throughout the day. I have an auto immune problem and it's 26° outside, so I sat in the building. A blonde woman asked me to leave, now mind you, I wouldn't have minded paying to stay there, it's just money. My health and her health are much more important. I literally did not know how to work my friend's vehicle, so I sat outside for an hour. As a business owner, I was very put off. Next time suggest they can purchase a spot or something. I didn't think to ask because I was so shocked, yea rules are rules and I always follow the rules but next time- note for the future, this was rude.
