I asked for a refund which the manger said they would give me credits back to my account. My fiance who is in fitness advised me this did not mean a refund back to my card. I called back and explained that I needed the money back to pay for my bills/expenses. The manager started aggressively bossing me around stating that they already credited my account (I checked they did not) and they were not going to refund my card. I then replied and told her that I needed this money because it has caused my bank to go negatvie to which she replied "well even if I credit you it would take 8-10 business days so it wouldnt matter anyways" I am completely in awe of how this women behaved on the phone. I have been charged twice as much a month that was caused by someone at planet fitness taking my private information and creating another account. I am terrified.

All of the toilets were dirty, DUSTY(tells you they have not been cleaned in some time) and had urine or feces on the tank or down the front of the toilet! This location is busy! How can it be that no one is cleaning this bathroom!? The equipment is not well maintained here. I saw at least 3 machines with signs that said "out of order" and one of the toilets in the women's locker room was also "out of order." When I went to leave, the guy at the front was still on his phone, looked up and nodded and then went back to whatever he was doing. This location needs HELP! I highly recommend the Blaine location off hwy 65 or the Coon rapids location at Riverdale! Those are managed very well!!
