Every time I deal with the girls in the showroom, they are short and rude. They don't seem to care…read morewhether I do business with them or a big box store. Had I known I would get this service I would have never purchased my Stihl weed eater from them. I recently ordeeed a new head for my weed eater and have yet to be contacted that the part is in. It's been close to 3 weeks now. Additionally, I've been told by several people, including a few professional landscapers, that they've had similar experiences. They just don't seem to care if you do business with them or not.

I call them and talked to Jr. and he says they have 4 people out and I just need to call another company. I wasted 13 days waiting on this company. He was rude and I certainly will never recommend this company.

They were so accommodating from a hectic, not expecting, quick move from Charlotte to Myrtle Beach…read more I will definitely use them again. The team up in Charlotte were fast and courteous. They explained thoroughly the process of renting a trailer and what to expect while driving. Hooked it up less than 10 min. and I was on my way with paperwork, less than 15. When I dropped it off not only 2 days late, but 5 min before Strand Storage was closing. And to top it off, I interrupted the dinner break of 2 of your team members. They were very kind and helpful while calming me for being late. They were the reason why I used Uhaul again making this " clean out " day a lot easier by renting one of your vans. A very comfortable, perfect size van for this project. You can guarantee the Jenks/Ricks family will be using Uhaul again with Strand Storage. Thank you team for being so helpful with kindness. Moving is stressful enough but the team at this place makes it easier. You guys rock!!!!

We are a family that recycles everything we can. Gotta try to help the environment! This is made…read moremuch easier with this recycling center that is conveniently located in Carolina Forest. They take just about anything as well as household garbage. Besides the usual plastics, glass and cardboard, I can clean out my house (I'm a pack rat) and be conscientious about Mother Nature. Household electronics, batteries, used oil, bulk waste, tires can all be recycled here. They also collect used clothing (not sure who benefits from these donations). The center also has very convenient hours (see photo of times). The workers are helpful and friendly and help locate the proper receptacle to use. They also keep this center neat and clean. Overall, a household chore is made much easier due to this facility.

They were traveling to Myrtle Beach for the weekend so I started calling a few tow companies from there and Shoreline Towing was the ONLY company that would give me a price right off the bat. Everyone else was figuring out mileage vs mileage TO the vehicle. Anyway, Billy from Shoreline Towing was able to text my daughter informing her how long he'd be and to let them know he was in a pink and purple tow truck and to keep an eye out for him as they weren't 100% sure of EXACTLY where they were. Billy showed earlier than expected and hooked up the car and towed the girls to their hotel on the beach and towed the Jeep to their shop where they had it fixed the next morning. They even sent another tow driver to pick them up from the hotel and bring them to the shop. A+++ for Billy and the WHOLE TEAM AT SHORELINE TOWING!!!

They were willing to fix the problem instead of replacing our 2019 Jayco Greyhawk refrigerator like other places suggested. ‍ We got a call back within a few days, and they told us the refrigerator was working fine, thanks to my spouse's electrical panel replacement . We appreciated their honesty and are looking forward to using their services again for any future RV repairs .
