I came in to draw blood for a panel test. The staff were rude. I asked the phlebotomist what specific tests did my label cover then she immediately started speaking Spanish to vent her frustrations. Not professional. I paid out of pocket. For that amount I could've gone to the urgent care - atleast they would've rendered decent customer service. Also you can't wash your hands in the bathroom- you must wash it outside. Imagine the amount of germs & STIs/ STDs being transmitted because people are touching their private parts then immediately touching the door knobs with uncleaned hands. Even the bathroom isn't clean. I don't recommend this place really. Corporate needs to come down and conduct a random audit of this place because there's a cause for concern. read more

Terrible place! Staff is so rude, unhelpful and mean. I confirmed before going that Care Credit was accepted, both with this location in Hallandale and Care Credit. I go in and lady tells me only is Spanish that my card is not working. Knowing this would happen I give her the number Care Credit gives me to call. She tries to put it in the credit terminal. I tell in her in Spanish, because she doesn't understand English that this is a phone number she needs to call. DO NOT GO HERE!! I have a recording of the front desk girl who does wanted to send me my results. Asked her name and she refused to give it to me! The way she treats customers its like she is selling fruits at a flee market. The incident occur today october 1st so whoever was working there today in the mornings was completely unprofessional. Shes couldn't even give me the information... she didn't even know if they sent the results to my doctor, she said : oh well i dont know I dont have your doctor's info... I gave ger the whole paperwork and indicated her which was the location and fax the same day I went for my test. I really like the assortment of tests. The personnel are very friendly. I'd recommend they have a person dedicated to the front desk and then a phlebotomist. The girl was alone and had to maneuver between both which kind of stressed me out. The results took longer than I was told and I had to call them to send them. So it was ok I think they are still ironing out the business but overall I like the concept. The results weren't as earth shattering as I thought but I did find them helpful. read more

I do have insurance, but the wait for LabCorp and Quest was ridiculous so I looked for another option because my Dr Appt was the following day. I chose Any Lab Test Now and sailed through. It did cost me $15.00, but it was worth it. read more

So I came in because take care clinic referred me here to do some lab work. I called the day before to make an appointment . Walked in and filled out a form. Nowhere did it say they do not take insurances it is only self pay. I wasted my day and 20 mins to find out it is only self pay. They advertise that is you have a high deductible or don't have insurance don't worry. Would be nice to have a sign saying no insurance! Maybe before making appointments you should make it clear that it is self pay. read more
