We had our home repiped in January 2026, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From…read morestart to finish, Simeon and the team were professional, organized, and communicative. They took great care in preparing and protecting our home before work began, and the project was completed within the promised timeline. Throughout the process, they kept us informed of progress and answered all of our questions promptly. I appreciated that they advised us beforehand they they would need to cut into the back of our sink cabinets to access the pipes behind on the wall. They also communicated they would need to take out a cabinet from the wall and they did a great job of putting it back, ensuring it was stable and sound. Again, great communication for entire service and project. What impressed us most was the quality of the drywall repair and finishing work after the repipe was completed. The patchwork is absolutely flawless--you cannot tell where any openings were made. The repairs blend perfectly with our existing walls and ceilings, with no visible patches or imperfections. Even the painters, contractors, and cleaning crew who came in after the repipe were impressed by the drywall work. The repairs were so well done that the patches are completely invisible and blend perfectly with the existing walls and ceilings. What really stood out was the team's flexibility and consideration for our family. The day before the project began, my daughter broke her leg, which made an already disruptive situation much more challenging. We all had to be at home during the project since she was on bed rest. The crew went above and beyond to accommodate us, working around bath times and meal times and ensuring that we always had access to at least one functioning bathroom with running water. Their thoughtfulness and willingness to adjust their schedule made a difficult time much easier for our family. The workmanship, attention to detail, reasonable price and customer service were outstanding. We highly recommend this company to anyone needing repipe services.

So, I called the leak detection guys - they did a pretty good job in detecting the lead and now I know I have to do a re-pipe. So, I called repipe folks. I had about 7 repipe folks came and give me the quote. Stefan of Repipe Home Hero was the first person to visit and gave a no-nonsense clean quote and it was the lowest of the lot. The best part was he mentioned before hand that his quote will be the lowest. Stefan started the work on the planned day. Done with the repiping in 2 days - on time and very efficient. Started the water on 3rd day to check leaks and requested for inspection. Inspection done on 3rd day 10am (as told) and then started to work on the drywalls. In next 2 days, the whole drywall repairs and painting (matching the texture) were completed with perfect cleaning. The whole work fully completed in 5 days. I am very late to write this review after ~1.5 yrs, but I am still fan of what Stefan and his co-worker did back then. It was pure professionalism, no-nonsense no-haggle no-ripping-off quote, always on-time, respect of the property and privacy, no wastage of time, absolutely clean work, thorough checking after the work done, perfect patching of the dry wall and complete matching of the texture. Stefan delivered 5 star quality in all aspect of this work. Highly recommended. Thank you so much Stefan and team for the work you did.

I had the option of repair or a whole house Repipe. I went with the Repipe as I never wanted to deal with this damage again. I searched yelp and the internet and received 3 estimates. I decided on Ameri-Cal for their comprehensive quote involving; cost, time frame, materials used, warranty and repair of the drywall and exterior stucco after Repiping. I cannot praise their whole team enough, sales, office staff and workers. Alfonzo and his Repipe team were the best, they were professional experienced workers who were respectful of my home and property. They were extremely efficient arriving at my home at 8:20 a.m. and completely finishing the Repipe portion by 1:20 p.m. that same day. The next morning the City inspector came and approved their work. The following day the drywall team came and patched, retextured and painted the openings that the Repipe team had created. The interior paint matched my off white walls so well that I have taken my time to paint the top coat. I cannot praise them enough, they are simply the best. It has been one month since they completed the job and everything works perfectly. Price wise they were the least expensive bid.

I knew I had to have our home re-piped. One other company said they would take a month to finish the repipe!! But Ameri-Cal came in 2 days and re-piped in less then a full day! They were so professional and seemed like they could re-pipe in their sleep. The drywall team came the next business day and I promise you, YOU CANNOT TELL OUR HOUSE WAS RE-PIPED AT ALL. All the areas with cut out drywall were patch up and retextured so nicely, I didnt have to repaint the walls that were already white. When I look at my walls now, it was if nothing ever happened. I have a new pipe system , done in 2 days and I couldn't be more relieved and impressed. They didnt leave a mess behind either. The water works great and my stress is gone. I highly recommend this company! They know exactly what they are doing! Thank you Paul (the sales person who came to my house and walked us through what we could expect).

Jordan deserves special mention since he has always been outstanding. I don't normally write reviews, but the emergency I had last Saturday afternoon is noteworthy. As I got ready to take a shower in a downstairs bathroom the washer upstairs drained explosively and put nearly an inch of water in the downstairs bathroom. And all three of my toilets added to the water. I called Moore and Meghan stayed assessed the situation and gave me her private number. She didn't have anyone available but did recommend another Plumber in our area. I called them and explained the situation, but by 4 AM Sunday still had no response. Meghan called back and when she heard we were still without toilets, she scheduled Jordan, who came out on a Sunday cleared my drains with their state of the art instument and drain camera and one toilet was working within less than two hours. He then repaired my other downstairs toiletk installing a new complex sealing gasket that he had to run out to a friend for the part on a Sunday. All that and a cheerful attitude and a very reasonable price considering it was a Sunday. Moore has competent staff who take their mission seriously and do not try to up sell or take advantage of an emergency. A 5 Star Rating is not enough. Jim W

Is Dr. Piper REALLY as good as the other reviewers indicate? Very simply, YES!…read more When we discovered we needed a full re-pipe of our home I found Dr. Piper on Yelp and requested a quote through the app at 11:20pm at night. No joke, less than 5 seconds later my phone rings and it's Radi. After jumping out of bed and running down the hall to avoid waking up the wife and kids I gave him a few details about my home and we arranged a time to come over the next evening (again, after hours to fit my schedule). After explaining his services in detail and providing an estimate on the spot we chose to go with Dr. Piper because: 1) We wanted copper, and he uses only the thicker type-L copper, not the thin cheap type-M copper you get at the big box stores. 2) He is the only plumber we found that patches their own drywall holes and textures them (quite flawlessly I might add - even the popcorn ceiling) 3) The expansion tank that others didn't even mention or want to charge extra for was included in the price. 4) Everything is installed per current plumbing code and he gets all required city inspections along the way. Everything is done on the up & up. 5) Dr. Piper's estimate was not the lowest or highest, but was very competitive for the services he's providing. As soon as I saw the first section of pipe meticulously routed through the ceiling joists I knew I had made the right choice. And his crew did worked long days and got the job done in slightly less time than Radi estimated up front. After dealing with some hack plumbers in the past I can safely say I've now found my go to plumber for life.
