We have been getting our lab work done here for many years. Whenever we need to get blood tests or…read moreother lab work done, this location is our first choice as well as the closest and where we see our primary care physician. So partly it's a convenience factor but there are other considerations as well, especially for my wife. For some reason nurses tend to have trouble finding her veins and have to often make multiple attempts. At this lab the nurses seem to be consistently able to successfully find it on their first try, especially Marilyn! The results are normally available on line in less than 24 hours. Currently they are requiring masks and also checking temperatures upon entering and blocking off some of the waiting room seating to maintain the required distances.

Was looking for a place for Covid testing but multiple other places had multiple day waits. Here I…read morewas able to easily schedule my appointment online for the next day. They have an easy online scheduling tool and take all your information including pictures of your insurance cards and license so everything is already entered when you go in. They are appointment only on the weekend, but walk in during the week. I had been planning to get a rapid test, but was pleasantly surprised when they told me they are able to do covid PCR testing same day (as long as you are tested before 2pm). I got in and out quickly and the staff was kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

Now the 3rd time is a final notice, stating that it will be sent to collections. FOR SOMETHING THAT HAS BEEN PAID AND PROVEN TWICE. They did this last summer also but fixed it right away. Came for blood draw for lab work; appointment made online…read more Lot parking and easy access to front door. Great signage. Some guy (patient) walked out of a door inside, smiling at me more than a regular friendly smile. If you're a girl, then IYKYK. People come for various reasons. I just realized this includes getting tested for venerable diseases? That might explain him smiling at me....maybe he got good news? But I digress.... Finally I got called, and was set up for the blood draw. The lady poked me and could NOT get blood! She made me drink a cup of water. I should have brought my own water bottle. I don't trust water from a tap. Anyway, she's made me drink it. Made me worry that's going to affect my results. More stress and cortisol coursing through my body! She was nice but she expressed she was ready to go home. I hear her, but that always taints my reviews. Overall, fine. Easy appointment scheduling, parking, and efficient in person experience. But BRING YOUR OWN WATER! Results were posted next day.

This location doesn't stock pressure wrap to prevent bruising after a blood draw - I asked for it…read morebecause healthcare providers have told me that pressure wrapping is helpful. The technician told me it's a Quest corporate policy not to pay for pressure wrap. Sure enough, I got a bruise last time I was there. Also, their laboratories are so slow! It has been nearly three weeks and I don't have my results yet. I've called customer service repeatedly and they haven't given me an explanation. If you have another option, use it!

This was an A+ experience from start to finish…read more I called and was so pleased that a live human being answered the phone. None of this "press 1 for this, press 2 for that" nonsense. The check in was smooth and easy, and the waiting room was very comfortable. Lots of cozy chairs and pleasant lighting. The two receptionists were very polite and put my mind at ease (I was super nervous.) The technician took the time to explain everything to me and put on the music I asked for. The process was smooth and I felt safe and secure the whole time. The price was great for self-pay and I'm so glad I came here for my MRI.

I went to Basha Diagnostics for an MRI on my knee after a bad fall. Because of the holidays, it was…read morehard to get an earlier appointment anywhere else, so when someone recommended Basha and they were able to get me in two days sooner, I thought I got lucky. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. They called me 3x just to confirm my appointment. Then on the day of the appointment, things got ridiculous. I received TEN phone calls from different staff members. One person would call wanting to move my appointment earlier, and then a minute later someone else would call telling me to come later. It was obvious the staff doesn't communicate with each other at all. I confirmed my appointment time multiple times, and they still kept changing it. I adjusted my schedule twice based on their requests, and yet the calls kept coming. Every time I hung up, another staff member would call seconds later asking the exact same thing. They took up my entire day with constant back-and-forth, and I couldn't do anything else because I was trying to keep up with their nonstop changes. Finally, they asked me to come in at 7 PM, even though I was already there early because they told me to come earlier. When I arrived, the waiting room was packed. There were at least 14 people ahead of me, and I didn't get seen until 8:30 PM. I didn't leave until almost 9pm for an MRI. I've never experienced anything like this before. To be fair, the staff and tech were friendly once I was actually inside. The care was great, but the scheduling chaos and complete lack of communication made this one of the most stressful medical experiences I've had. After everything, I found out I had a meniscus tear and an MCL sprain, so this was not a simple visit for me. The last thing I needed was unnecessary stress. I would not recommend this place unless they seriously fix their scheduling and communication issues.
