Look at all the 1-star terrible reviews and yet nothing has been done to address/improve it. Also, they are a huge credit fraud risk! They will insist that they make a copy of your credit card, and harass you if you don't let them make copies and keep it in their files. The #1 place that sensitive data is stolen from is healthcare facilities, so don't trust these incompetent bozos with keeping your credit card information secure. They already have a copy of your insurance and driver's license, which is sufficient for billing your insurance. If there is any remaining balance after the insurance settles, then they can bill you for the balance, just like all other healthcare providers do. This lab is not safe and should be avoided.

They kept pulling needle out and putting back in and failed to get the needle in her vein to draw blood. This staff clearly doesn't know what the heck they are doing. If you have children it's best to avoid this place if you don't want them traumatized. The gentlemen with glasses who works here was the one attempting and failing to get my daughters blood. After a lengthy period of time I told them to stop because they failed to do their only job properly.

I had to wait about 15 minutes and had about 4 people in front of me. Everyone was very kind and caring from start to finish. I went in because I had been sick all week and was tired of going into urgent care. I was throwing up most of the day and wanted this stomach bug to go away. I probably spent about a hour total there. The nurses and doctors heard my concern and ran test to make sure nothing was out of the ordinary. Overall, I was pleased with my visit. They told me they would mail me my bill, so I'm eager to see how much this visit cost.
