They will insist that they make a copy of your credit card, and harass you if you don't let them make copies and keep it in their files. The #1 place that sensitive data is stolen from is healthcare facilities, so don't trust these incompetent bozos with keeping your credit card information secure. They already have a copy of your insurance and driver's license, which is sufficient for billing your insurance. If there is any remaining balance after the insurance settles, then they can bill you for the balance, just like all other healthcare providers do. This lab is not safe and should be avoided.
