I finally was urged to call them as vacation was coming up quickly - they answered and told me that horseback riding on the beach was no longer a thing in Florida however, there website was still up and running and so was their "hold" recording. I was pissed as we had to find a last minute excursion which doesn't even come close to how much we love horseback riding. I do not suggest going through such an unprofessional company again.
