The dentist here are ok…read more The staff not so much. The business "manager" is very unprofessional and very rude. My husband had a lot of work that needed to be done and we were asked to pre-pay it. We asked if we can pay as it was being done, they refused. We paid thousands of dollars worth of work he didn't end up getting done here. My daughter had the same permanent crown done several times, because they couldn't get it done right. It kept falling off, we kept having to come in and pay each time we came in, why do we need to keep paying for something that isn't getting done right? We got tired of coming here and having bad experiences, We decided to go elsewhere. SUPER happy with the new place.

I loved the first mouth guard I got here , so I paid for a replacement. This first replacement is…read moremuch, much thicker than the original and is not comfortable to wear throughout the day. I asked if I could have it remade the way my original mouth guard was. They agreed to remake it and said I could swap them. I understood that this was probably just a miscommunication; I should have been clearer that I wanted the mouth guard made the exact same way when I ordered the first replacement. The second replacement is thinner, but made out of a different (hard plastic) material that I struggle to get on and off my teeth. I never expected them to change materials, so I did not think I needed to specify. I ended up paying another few hundred dollars so that they would let me keep the first replacement. It isn't comfortable to wear all day, but it is less uncomfortable. I tried to communicate what I wanted clearly the second time. It didn't work. I paid for two mouth guards, and neither is what I asked for.

New potential patient here. They blew that possibility BIG TIME. No way I'd EVER go back to a jerk…read morelike this and let him touch my mouth EVER AGAIN. By the way, they changed their name to "TUSK IMPLANTS and DENTISTRY". Look up the difference between a "General Dentist" and an "Implant Specialist". Then look up "Prosthodontics". Those Prosthodontist dentists are specially trained for 3 additional years of dental school to do implants, dentures of all types, and major cosmetic procedures. Just a "heads up!" folks. This guy isn't one of them. I went in on May 7th for my first evaluation, and then back again on July 8th 2025 for an additional evaluation to give him another chance because the first evaluation was high pressure to do the treatment he strongly suggested. He bragged about his numerous implants and experience. I saw a "red flag" due to that attitude. And due to having severe Periodontal disease and losing many teeth already, and his office was referred by my insurance provider, I gave them another chance. I've lost 18 teeth in total, so far, from the disease. For the 14 remaining teeth extractions and possible snap in Implants (both upper and lower arches) it will be well over $30,000.00 (even with office discount) for me to be able to get nourishment (protein) again and regain my health. Wow!! OMG! Am I dreaming or is this a dental/dentist office nightmare? I'm in disbelief. Lots of "red flags" at this place so stay alert and question EVERYTHING. And the owner/dentist does NOT like being challenged about procedures and/or questioned AT ALL on either his treatment plans, or breaking up the work into several stages. At all. He's a "type A personality" - as I am - and we definitely clashed a bit. He literally told me that if I wanted the work done 'my way' to DO IT MYSELF. Believe that?? We instantly clashed because he was pushing so hard for everything to be done at once, his way, whereas I need to do it in stages due to my specific financial circumstances. His attitude was, that if I needed to go get financing, aka a loan, go do it. I like paying in cash for things and try to minimize my borrowing money for things. I don't like owing people money. That's just me. Moving on...... Just be cautious. They're money centered, not patient care centered. My experience was a nightmare. Good luck. UPDATE: 15July2025 I filed a grievance with my insurance company against this business over his upselling tactics and terrible customer care over me questioning his treatment plan. You should have exercised kindness instead of being a jerk. YOU GET WHAT YOU GIVE, sir!

Getting them CHIN CHOPPERS working right is necessary (don't need to be scared)…read more This friendly team is knowledgeable and very thorough. Why FIVE STARS? At the end of the day how I am treated and what plan best suits the health of my teeth is up to me. This team is here to help meet those needs. The thoroughness and professionalism suit 5 stars. On this day the team was not punctual (7:15 appointment with a check in time of 7:25ish..not hating, it's the world we live in today. Karen's, check yourself at the door or get a later appointment). They will recommend HIGH DOLLAR procedures (be ready to drop more than a dime). Come check them out (they ROCK).

I came in on 10/23/25 for three simple fillings that had already been confirmed at my last visit…read more After numbing my whole upper left side, Dr. Mannem suddenly told me my treatment plan had to be changed and that I "actually needed crowns" based on my x-rays and her visual exam. I was already numb and vulnerable, and I felt completely trapped. They told me the $479 I paid for fillings would basically be wasted unless I agreed to the crowns. Then they added $826 more on the spot, and their financing system wasn't working. My grandma had to pay for me because I didn't have another choice in that moment. No one explained what was happening during the procedure, and I was there from 7 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., scared, confused, and missing hours of work I couldn't afford to lose. I walked out feeling blindsided and taken advantage of. This was one of the most distressing dental experiences I've ever had. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

I have been a patient at Dr. Rosenbaum and Associates for roughly 20 years, which makes it…read moredisappointing to write this review, but the practice has changed dramatically and not for the better. Over two decades, I have seen more than 10 different dentists come and go. That level of turnover alone suggests there are internal culture issues. About 10 years ago, one dentist told me I had decay visible on an X-ray and recommended a crown. I agreed. After grinding my tooth down to a nub, he said to the assistant, "Huh, there is no decay." That procedure still cost me around $600 out of pocket even with insurance. I filed a formal complaint with the office manager at the time. That manager is no longer there either. In the past couple of years, the entire staff has been replaced. My longtime hygienist left, and I was assigned a new one. She was very young but polite and did a decent job. I would rate her about a 7.5 out of 10. The issue is not the individual staff members. It is the overall experience and direction of the practice. This office used to feel welcoming. Everyone knew my name, and I knew theirs. It felt personal. Now it feels like a corporate assembly line. Even the patient volume seems to reflect this change. Years ago, parking was difficult to find and the waiting room was full. Now there are plenty of open parking spaces and far fewer patients waiting. At every visit, they now require you to complete a full medical history on an iPad, even if you have been a patient for decades and nothing has changed. I found this intrusive and asked if I could opt out and simply notify them of any changes, especially since I was only there for X-rays and a routine cleaning. The staff member handing me the iPad rolled her eyes and walked away. Another staff member later told me they would not see me unless I completed it and claimed this was required by federal HIPAA law. After researching this myself, I learned this is their internal policy, not a legal requirement. In other words, I was misinformed. I would have absolutely disclosed any relevant health changes, particularly anything that could affect anesthesia, even though no anesthesia was being used that day. The interaction felt unnecessary, cold, and dismissive. After that visit, I canceled my next appointment and booked with a new dentist closer to my home. I am genuinely looking forward to a fresh start. It is unfortunate to walk away after 20 years, but this practice no longer feels like the place it once was.
