The classic eggs Benedict includes two toasts, and you can choose a different base for each one (avocado, bacon, smoked salmon, ham, etc.), which is a great touch. The "Top Winner" is an outstanding deal: one egg Benedict plus a supersized croissant with the spread of your choice. Ultimately, we ended up with zucchini quiche and curry salad. Both were great! The hubby's salad had coconut flakes and deliciously seasoned curry chicken. I was impressed with the size of the quiche and the perfectly flaky crust. To drink, he had raspberry juice and I had limeade.
