Absolutely horrible, they lie, cheat and steal their way out of your money…read more 24hr maintenance? Tell that to my wife and I that spent 5 DAYS taking showers in backed up sewage after we had called about a tank overflow. Tiea had told me that we'd be compensated for dealing with the filth as a credit to my account... where was that again? Never got it. Sometimes they don't even show up. Here's my biggest problem. I called the front office a week or so before we moved out of 8409 Oden ave, to see if our pet deposit of $500 would be used towards the repair/cleaning cost. I was assured it would be. I call my property manager Tiea Vincent (who, by the way, also works for the company that re-keys the houses) to see what the cost of repairs/cleaning/rekey would be, she informed me that I was only getting $400 and some change back. WHAT out of the $1500 total I gave you? She then proceeded to tell me that whoever told me they use pet deposits as to clean/repair gave me wrong information and that they "had a new employee" and she may have told me that. Look, I know that money wasn't coming back to me, it was non-refundable, but to tell me that it's going to be used for repairs/cleaning, then surprise me with it not being true, is insane. I was going to use the money leftover from the deposit to fly home this year to see my family, and now I'm not. I'm in the Navy, if they'll do this to a navy family, they'll do it to anyone. Don't give me that crap about "we're right up there with tax collectors etc etc" You're liars, cheats, and this is entirely different from taking a few bucks from my deposit. I'm a very fair person, I usually give the benefit of the doubt... but they've wronged us in so many ways that google doesn't even allow me to have enough characters for (don't worry, the real review is going everywhere else). DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. DO NOT USE THEM. Any navy personnel looking for a new home for you and your family, let base housing, or literally any other business help you. The BBB needs to look into this place and take them down.

Used them for 12 long years…read more After 5 years I found out all they do is collect fees from you and renter have nothing to do with eviction of tenant if they go south on payments. I guess good for tenants bad for home owners. Just closed account with them took nearly 4 months to get remaining funds from them with out interest the money they held for 12 years for repairs or other expenses. Will never recommend this company due to poor office employees the way they treat clients.

The second and only suitable property was a condo it was nice and looked like the pictures. The third house i drove to on the other side of town had no lock box, so it was a complete waste of time. After the first house i realized they were using the same pictures for different listings, which is very deceptive! The next two houses were so run down and looked nothing like the photos i just kept driving. The last and final house was ok but there was a group of teens outside squaring up to fight, very unsettling! Updated review as i misunderstood the remote working qualifications.

Got to my apartment, and it had never been cleaned. My windows do not lock properly, had to run my water for 2 days non stop, no screens or blinds on any window. My door has a huge gap in it, so the cockroaches that are in every apartment come through my door. Any maintenance request you put in, they put a bandaid on it and don't fix it properly. But then they will bill you because the problem isn't there. My newest neighbor just moved in with her kids... and her unit is already flooding from an existing problem they knew about from the previous tenants leaving the place. Now there is mold in the walls, and all of us are dealing with the headache... even though JWB gutted the apartment 2 months ago for flooding damage.

Now, with just a couple months left on my lease, Nest Finders is refusing to repair two damaged doors, including a porch door that's a clear safety risk. My lease specifically lists "repair of inoperable doors and windows" as the landlord's responsibility, yet they keep denying service and ignoring my written requests. It's disappointing and unprofessional. After a year of being a responsible tenant, I'm being dismissed and left with safety issues they're legally required to fix. Tenants deserve better communication, accountability, and respect than this.
