First off to start this review, I have been here many times before to purchase mainly Cherry Vodka,…read morewhich is a family favorite. They also have plenty of selections from Wine to beer, to whiskey and more! They even have mini bottles near the register! So went here on Saturday May 24th 2025 with my dad to purchase a bottle of Cherry Vodka for a memorial day event we were going to. We easily found the cherry vodka, and the brand we wanted which was absolut. (They also have other brands as well.) We then went to the cashier, who was polite and checked us out. We paid via credit card. We hope to be back sometime again!

He ignored me to keep chatting with his coworkers and sarcastically asked, "Do you really want it?" instead of helping. I left without the drink, and all I got was, "Have a good night." I came in this summer after swimming in the pool all day. If you have naturally curly hair like mine, you know that after it gets wet, without any product, you'll have some frizz, or quite a lot of frizz. The new staff members im referring to, look to be of Indian heritage. The male was speaking in his native language while ringing me up, the female was looking at me and laughing at the same time. This is not good customer service. All this does is make the customer feel uncomfortable and not want to spend money at the establishment anymore. I walked in today, saw that the same staff are still employed there, and walked right out. Thruway wine and liquors, do better. Pay attention to who you are hiring and treat your customers better.

The cutest little artisan wine shop in Beacon. We stumbled upon this little place and somehow I…read morenever even knew it existed if it wasn't for their wine tasting sign on a Friday afternoon from 4-7pm. Somehow, my eyeball peeped it, we looked at each other and said: wine not? What sets this shop apart is that everything is hand picked, carefully curated, organic, natural and biodynamic. COOL! Let's start off by acknowledging their orange rainbow wine wall galore where you can pick from all hues of orange wine. I'm an orange wine newbie - super late to the game - BUT, thanks to their guided tasting (and amazing wine connoisseur) I was able to gain so much knowledge. We got to try a white (Spain), a delicious smooth red (France) and an incredibly funky and fun orange Hungarian wine. I hadn't even tried Hungarian wine before until now. Pleasantly surprised and it for sure was something unique. In case you're curious to try it too it's their Jász Laci 'Rising Sun' Somló 2022. We loved it so much we picked up a bottle to take home. The tasting bottles are also discounted if you participate in the tasting which is super awesome. Overall, so happy we came here. Definitely recommend doing the tasting that way you can grow and try new flavors - hand picked and recommended by the wine specialists themselves.
