I'm in Brockton, Ma just outside of Boston and needed to do a load or two, my sisters machine being unavailable. Went to my trusty Yelp app and up popped Wash n Go. Plugged it in to GPS and wallah! Took me straight to DM Laundry....the DM stands for Dream Machine. Yah. I know I said Wash n Go, but there's been a change in ownership. Anyways I was just expecting the usual...y'know, imdifferent attendant if any at all, one or two malfunctioning machines, etc....But It Wasn't!!! Let's start with the amenities and there are many. Mon and Tues 15% of DML money, Wed 1/2 off wash n fold, Free Dryer Thurs, and my personal favorite: Coffee and donuts Sat and Sunday lThere's free Wifi and in rhe back, 2 pool tables. For the kids there's a bank of arcade games and a basketball machine also. Now thats how I like to do laundry!!! Speaking of which, the machines are brand new and you have the option of using coins or Visa/MC...talk about convenience at your fingertips. Signage is clear and takes a common sense approach. To me, however, the real asset is Ms (Awesome) Amalia. She is like the energizer bunny with a smile. A shining example that all laundry attendants should follow. She should teach a class. I also met David (He's a Vet... thank you for your service) ...very cordial, useful, and busy. Additionally, this is at least a 50% veteran owned establishment. In any case, I had a superior laundry experience and hope you will support this business because it makes doing laundry cool again.

Dryers cost $0.25 per 8 minutes (not enough time to completely dry a load). You have to pay $1 to purchase a card to use the machines and then you can add credit to the card using cash. There is an attendant available who is nice and willing to help even if you're confused about what to do when you first walk in. I gave 3 stars because although the area was okay, it ruined my mood to have to pay that much just to wash & dry one load of clothes.

I politely requested a refund because I clearly had to go somewhere else and pay for the same service again, and your employee flatly refused. After a decade of bringing my clothes here, I feel that flat refusal was poor customer service. Your employee could clearly see that the two pants were different lengths and therefore should've acknowledged their mistake.

I knew they wouldn't go as far as to damage the fabric as they told me as such. When i went in today to pick up the pants I was told they got as much as they could without destroying the fabric. I asked if that meant they could not remove the stain. I was told no. I took the pants to the card & lo-and-behold, there is no teammate of the stain to the untrained eye. When my miniature schnauzer decided to empty his bladder on my cotton/linen duvet containing my…read moredown comforter last Sunday at 2am, I hauled the two items over to Dependable Cleaners just down the street from my apartment first thing Monday morning. I explained the situation - the comforter was still wet and badly stained, including stains from a previous lifetime - and requested that it be dry cleaned and the duvet be laundered and pressed. The cost came to just under $100. When I picked up the items yesterday I was thrilled beyond words. The comforter was folded and packed into the same type of carrying bag it came in years ago (great for summer storage) and the duvet was pressed and hanging over a heavy-duty hanger. Not a hint of the stains anywhere, both exactly as fresh-looking as new. I just finished the 20-minute ordeal of replacing the comforter into the duvet - well worth the effort and out-of-pocket to have everything beautiful as new. Thank you, Dependable.
