The main problem here is that there is NO EMERGENCY CONTACT in case of an issue, especially on Sundays. There is a business number listed, but nobody ever answers it or calls back. I don't know who actually owns this business but I'm gobsmacked that the owner(s) would neglect to leave a reliable way to contact them for emergency problems. Wash and dry at your own risk.

On top of that, there were obvious new stitches added that hadn't been there before, and they didn't even remotely match the fabric or color of the knit. I also brought in a trench coat, which came back with all the same stains untouched -- honestly, for the best considering what happened to the dress. When I returned to show them the damage, there was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to offer compensation. I had to request a refund myself. The employee handed it to me and simply walked away without even acknowledging the inconvenience. This place used to be excellent before the ownership change. Now it's an absolute mess. Very old building and better yet, affordable prices for dry cleaning and impeccably done. I love extra crisp starched shirts and they were done to perfection. Today I brought two new suits to be tailored and there is a charming little dressing and measuring area that truly is out of the 1940's and 50's. "Oak" is the proprietor and tailor, no appointment needed and she knew exactly what to do and not do with my new suits.
