Doing your laundry here is like playing Russian Roulette, sometimes you win, sometimes you lose…read more Been doing my laundry here for over a year and have had several issues with the washing machines (I don't use the dryers as the cost is ridiculous for the low number of minutes you get per quarter.) The main problem here is that there is NO EMERGENCY CONTACT in case of an issue, especially on Sundays. There is a business number listed, but nobody ever answers it or calls back. I don't know who actually owns this business but I'm gobsmacked that the owner(s) would neglect to leave a reliable way to contact them for emergency problems. Wash and dry at your own risk.

I brought it in with a few small fresh…read morestains and got it back with the original stains still there, plus new large oily stains from their "cleaning attempts." On top of that, there were obvious new stitches added that hadn't been there before, and they didn't even remotely match the fabric or color of the knit. I also brought in a trench coat, which came back with all the same stains untouched -- honestly, for the best considering what happened to the dress. When I returned to show them the damage, there was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to offer compensation. I had to request a refund myself. The employee handed it to me and simply walked away without even acknowledging the inconvenience. This place used to be excellent before the ownership change. Now it's an absolute mess. Please do not trust them with valuable clothing, especially anything sentimental like a wedding dress.

Recently I brought in a very expensive Brioni tuxedo shirt that my husband wore once last year and he has sine passed away. I was cleaning and storing the shirt for my son. I brought it in the end of Sept with a few other items. When I picked the order up, I put it in my car. I never examined the items. When I got home I realized that the shirt was missing, I went back the next day, and the owner's wife Tina said she remembered the shirt and will look for it. Over the next 6 weeks she was still looking for it and of course calling me to update me. Finally this past Wednesday I call and spoke the her husband. He got on the phone accusing me of losing the shirt because they never make mistakes and after all it was almost 2 months ago. I tried telling him that his wife was informed on a weekly basis and she was looking for it. He screamed anc cursed at me and told me to take him to court and slammed the phone down. I did not even get a chance to respond. His arrogance is overwhelming. I would not recommend this cleaners, because if you value your clothes, don't expect them to stand behind you if their is a problem and you need their assistance, As the owner so eloquently stated.....................We don't lose things or make mistakes. The clients lose things....
