I happened upon this taco truck while intending to go to another down the street. I was parked…read moreacross the street, so I figured, why not. Besides, this truck had shade, and an actual area to park. As opposed to the other, which is out in the sun in a dirt field. Anyways, they have your standard taco truck items, but what I like is their daily specials. I honestly don't think the special ever changes, but it's a good value. While 2 asada or adobada tacos will run you $3, you can get a plate with beans and rice for $5. They don't skimp on anything either. Tacos come with avocado, and they slice some avocado on the side for your beans (which come topped with cheese) and rice. I was kind of scared of the salsa, because of the color and the seeds, I thought it was going to be fire, but it's not hot at all. Great flavor too. On this hot day, I'll take a seat in the shade with the nice breeze, any day over hot and dusty down the street. Yelp only shows their business address, but I found them between 3055 and 3087 S Elm, 93706 if you're ever in the area
