The luggage comes with a good guarantee and looks strong and stylish. The member of staff invited me to leave my purchases there whilst I finished my shopping around the rest of the Freeport Outlet which was a nice touch. All in all a convenient place to buy luggage - ample parking is available for Freeport Village which means you don't have too far to walk once you've collected your luggage and are ready to head home.

If you're going away for a weekend on a budget flight and you need a suitable sized hand-luggage holdall (which Ryanair define as 55cm by 40cm by 20cm and Easyjet define as whatever you can comfortably carry and will fit into overhead storage) to live out of for the next few days then look no further than Looks. I got one here for less than £10 which has lasted me over two years worth of back and forthing on planes. Look! If you're after some more heavy duty luggage then this is a great place to pick that up too with trolley bags of various sizes for under £20 - a snip compared to department store prices. And occasionally Look will even have some decent named brand bags from makes like Eastpak and Jansport for a fraction of their recommended pricing. Lucky you!

Silly me, since this shop sells a terrific range of bags, suitcases and many useful accesories for all your travel needs. Not only that, but their prices are very affordable unlike some high street stores which charge the earth for something so simple. Whilst Looks may not sell brands such as Samsonite, their products by observation and random handling feels durable enough for the average traveller. The staff appear friendly and they greeted me with a smile and asked if I needed any help which I thought was considerate. I have no hesitation that this is a shop I shall consider purchasing from in the not so distant future. Thoroughly recommended.

As far as I'm aware, they don't really have any brand names in here, just well-made substitutes, which is handy for anyone who can't afford to spend the earth on Vuitton or Samsonite Black Label. I bought two large suitcases (I mean even I fit in them!), two medium-sized and one cabin-luggage size for under £100! I found the exact same brand in another High Street store where it would have cost me more than double the amount I paid! I was a very happy customer.

I did have a problem with many of the big brand stores in TK Maxx's Warrington location as they just screamed out small-town mentality and this store like Primark and a few others - shown this more than most. The store was a little dark and felt like it hadn't been refurbished in years - the cleanliness of the store was also poor with so many goods all over the floor from clothing to even their ultra-small technology section which was mainly cheap sets of headphones (come on who wants them after they've got dirty through being trodded on?) The store again seemed slightly understaffed with the staff mainly congregating around the tills - they even ignored items all over the floor right in front of them which for me is just careless. Perhaps once a great store, and a nice brand to have in Warrington but they seem to take the concept of being a little like a jumble store where you can find bargains here into a mess with this being one of the poorer TK Maxx branches I've visited - nearby branches in Liverpool and Manchester are much larger, cleaner and simply better.

The clothing is quite inexpensive and there are often multibuy offers on items such as vest tops and basic tshirt tops. There is usually a good range of sizes on the rails and stock up to a size 22-24 which is better than many high street stores. The staff are friendly and helpful and work hard to keep the store clean and tidy. Things can get a bit cluttered when a sale is on but this is to be expected.
