A nice hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms were very Venetian--over the top decorations, while still being livable. We had an extra bed in our room, for our third person, which was a more than comfortable enough divan. The bathroom got a bit loud at night (we faced a courtyard, rather than the canal) but I didn't notice any noise in the main room, and it didn't keep me up at night.
The room had a private bathroom with a bidet (can't say how it worked, but if it's important to you, it's there) and a nice shower, and they provided a 2-in-1 shampoo/shower gel, and ample towels.
The breakfast had good coffee (cappuccino, hot chocolate, pretty much anything you wanted, they could make), with a limited amount of mostly sweet pastries and fruit.
I'd stay again, if I returned to Venice, as its location was near both the water bus station, a private taxi mooring, and several restaurants. read more
