So, either way the kitchen closes at 9:30 PM and arriving at 9:20 PM. You should be able to make a single pasta. It's also crazy they charge you €15 to eat your pizza in the restaurant and €10 when you do takeout. Literally all you use is one plate which they wash.

I ordered the margherita pizza and for €9 the pizza was a shareable size and tasty. I did request the garlic and chilli oil which both complemented the pizza well. I did prefer the chili oil to the garlic oil. Ambience and service were great. I went close to 6 and by the time I left it was packed. Being a tourist, I was asked about gratuity which I don't think locals pay gratuity. This was my first time being asked about it so since I liked it I did give a small gratuity.

It was a…read moretiny place with just 5-6 tables, always full and baking great pizzas in the wood-fired oven. Then the place expanded, annexing the restaurant around the corner, changed oven, staff and attitude. The quality of the pizza suffered, and everything else too. I come back once a year or so now and every time I'm convinced that there's much better places in Munich if you wanna spend a night out eating Italian. The staff aren't the most friendly and on a weekend night they really try to fill up the place by squeezing customers together. I was also disappointed with my pizza tonight. I ordered a margherita with extra cherry tomatoes. There was basically no cheese on it and there was ONE, no kidding, ONE cherry tomato on it. I guess I even paid 1,29 extra for the extra topping. LOL Still, it's not a catastrophe, and they do have a nice and quiet outdoor space.

We enjoyed a bottle of wine a salad and two entrees our first visit and it was AMAZING! We came back two days later because we were so thrilled with our initial impression. We decided on the mozzarella and tomato salad appetizer and split a prosciutto pizza alongside a bottle of wine. I can not believe how incredible this place was. We are in a 10 day trek of Munich and this is by far the BEST food we have had. You do have to be patient and understanding of the time, but it's more than worth it. We will come back as long as we can until our departure!
