2 of 2 Reviews. Photos posted on other review…read more Quality/Quantity - A must visit, but if you can take public transportation, that is the recommended route. Driving and parking is a challenge. 300 + businesses. 11 restaurants & bars. 3 breweries/distilleries. 60 room hotel. Art, culture, water front, water taxis. And of course, the Public Market was crazy busy. Oh, when eating outside, be alert of the seagulls, birds, etc. 50+ businesses just in this market. Ambiance - Amazing history, from a waste land to the thriving business it is today!! Entertainment; see pictures or their websites. Service - Good. Price - Tourist prices, but still very reasonable. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since the 1970s. We became customers and regulars since the 1990s.

Granville Island is one of those touristy places that's worth visiting a few times to get…read moreeverything in. The Public Market is definitely its heart and reminded me of the markets in Spain. There's so much to browse and stimulate the senses, from fresh seafood and grass-fed meats to local cheeses, pastries, fresh fruits and vegetables, and prepared food. Whether you're craving pizza, a hot dog, or something more international, there's plenty to choose from and, of course, beer and wine. Lee's Donuts and Oyama Sausage are two well-known stops, but part of the charm is wandering around and seeing what catches your eye. Beyond the market, there are cozy independent artisan studios and specialty shops, with opportunities to watch glassblowers, potters, and weavers at work. Dining options range from small mom-and-pop eateries to upscale restaurants. It's a fun place to spend a few hours browsing, eating, and exploring. If time allows, take a water taxi across False Creek. It's $4.50 CAD/person and gives you a nice perspective of the city from the water. Happy Travels!

Yelp down... Kicked me out and "closed" my account?!?! Why…read moredoes Yelp make it so hard for me to support...? Glad I was able to fix it this evening. Quality/Quantity - One of my buddies favorite malls and he wanted to show it off. Well his favorite part of the mall was the food court, where we all ended up having lunch. He is a regular here and loves their food court, Urban eatery. See my few pictures. And the lunch was so good, see pictures. I ate at Cazba and got the Gheimeh Tachin - A crispy bowl of rice with meat. My buddy got Chinese?!?! Guess he still craves Chinese, and he currently lives in SF and is NOT Chinese; he is not even Asian. Then my wife and I did excessive shopping. See the few photos I took. I was too upset with Yelp to take pictures! Has the usual local brands I support - Canada Goose, Lululemon, Aritzia, Roots etc. Ambiance - 108+ businesses. 14+ food options. Events - See their website. Open 7 days a week; see individual businesses for hours. From 10am to 7pm, 8pm, or 9pm. See their website. Paid parking; see their website for costs. We walked from the house. Service - Overall good. But it also depends on what you do, buy, eat, or drink. Service is good. Everywhere we went. Especially Canada Goose and Lululemon! Price - Reasonable. The US $ is currently very strong; $1US = 1.40 CAD. $18CAD, $13US for our lunch at Cazba. Inexpensive for what we got, thank you. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success.

Mall was bright but nothing special…read more Conveniently located, in the downtown of Vancouver. Just the heart of everything. All the shops you need are there: Lululemon, Pink, Norstrom, food court. Just a regular store. Just wish Nike is inside too (maybe a small store in additional to the Robson Street location). Value is good for some stores, reasonable for others, food court seems pricey. Every store customer service was good. I would come again if I am around the vicinity.

All the usual retailers for savvy shoppers…read more I really enjoyed the European village vibe of this large outdoor shopping outlet. It was sunny and not too hot, while I was walking along the cobblestone pathways. It made the experience feel much more inviting than a typical indoor mall. I like the way you could walk into their food businesses just like an individual store-no crowded food court with tables squished together! Clean washrooms, for some it may be a hassle to go upstairs but elevators are available. A public light rail stop and pay to use EV charging stations are there for your convenience. I had good customer service while purchasing earrings from Oak and Fort and clothes from the Gap and Old Navy. Not screaming deals but they fit the bill for what I was looking for.

See other reviews for pictures…read more Quality/Quantity - Came here two days straight. The first day was on the way to our friend's place and we got to Canada early and had time to kill. But then my wife (and I) started shopping and ran out of time, lol. The second day was to only visit The Harry Rosen store, an upscale men's store which was referred to us. Ambiance - A good size location. An outdoor outlet mall. 82+ businesses. Plenty of parking. Service - Good, I did more shopping than I typically do. But I wanted to support local. Price - US $$ is strong on this trip, so inexpensive. $1 = 1.40 CAD. But it also depends on what you do, buy, eat, or drink. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 1993 and with your 21 locations in Canada and Europe (8 countries).
