Do not use this company! I gave them specific instructions of what I wanted done and they…read morecompletely ignored them and instead did what they wanted to do thus creating an enormous over charge and if that wasnt enough this scumbag takes the old holding tanks that were replaced and puts them in the living area of my trailer on the sofa and on the floor, trashing the sofa and scratching the hardwood floors. Old used holding tanks on the sofa, Who does that? They may have gotten good reviews in the past but I can assure you they aren't the same company now. There are much better options for repairs, stay away from these people!

Instead said to try to claim it to the insurance myself. I do not appreciate calling me a lier indirectly, by saying that is not what happen, instead of telling the insurance that the first visit he diagnosed the possible problem, regardless if he put the jacks back by bi pasing the part that was not working on both things, the slide and the Jacks, so they can retrived. Would I tell him to fix it, if we would not tell me the diagnosis and that he sitll had to order the parts for it? How would he know what parts to order, if he did not do it the first time. I do not recommend his services and they might get me once, but not twice. This is one of the reason I regret serving this Country for freedom and Democracy, for people like him. The fact that someone is old, does not mean you have Alzeimers. I always treat people, like you like to be treated, because I will not like some one to treat my Parents wrong, if they were alife. I pride myself by HONOR and INTEGRITY, like in the military and that is why I was a Manager, a Supervisor and an Instructor. IF YOU WANT YOUR CLIENTS TO COME BACK OR RECOMMENDED YOU, YOU NEED TO BE MORE WILLING TO HELP WITH FIRST BILL, SPECIALLY IF YOU HIRED HIM FOR THE REPAIRS. NEVER AGAIN!

0 Brakes locked?/$4000 to repair?…read moreRV was riding rough. We knew we needed tires but wasn't sure about anything else it might need. Took to PatRicks for an estimate/diagnosis. Drove 45 minutes to them. They said our front brake was locked up. ??No hot smell, no pulling. Said we needed brakes done and it would cost around $4000 . ??? What the heck! $4000 FOR BRAKES??? Charged us $150 for their 'diagnosis'. Drove back 45 miles, used a thermal gun to check temps on wheels...NORMAL. Took RV to a different garage. Brakes NOT locked up. 65% good brakes on front, 70% on rear. Got new tires all around, drives great. Less than a thousand dollars for all new 10ply tires, ZERO BRAKE WORK. SO....PATRICK'S IS A LYING SHYSTER GARAGE. Our opinion. You can form your own.

I purchased 6 new tires for my RV and told them to repair left rear air bag. When I got home I checked the air in the tires and every tire had different amount of air. I aired up the air bag and glory b the bag would hold air. I called PatRicks and they said can you bring it in and we'll check it out. I just got home and no and I'm not bringing it back, it's 20+ miles. 2. My rv started leaking from the rear differential. The generator would not start. I went to PatRicks told them about the problems, and asked them to change oil filter in rv and oil filter in generator. When I finally got it back and $1600.00 later I parked it in my driveway and 2 days later I discovered the oil was still leaking from the rear differential. Again I called and the service writer can bring it in and I had no choice. I took pictures of the leaking and clearly the rear end had not had a socket/wrench on it. It was still rusty looking with no indication it had been touched. I took it back and picked it couple days later they said there's no charge. On my receipt charge for rear end repair. $347 On my receipt charge for generator repair. $347

Time for an honest review of this establishment. I give this place a 1.0 Stars outta 5. Would give…read moreit a 0 Stars if i could...And here is why. I came here on August 5th 2024, to get my car fixed when it was flooded out by Hurricane/Tropical Storm Debbie, I was recommended this place by a family member who lives in Florida. Anyways, my sunroof sprung a leak and caused a lot of damage. So they had found the cause of the leak and offered a fair price on some parts the insurance wouldn't cover. But here comes the issues... When the car was first repaired, it leaked again before it left the shop, so they improperly diagnosed the leak, so it had to be re-repaired, ok? No big deal originally. They do that and give me the car back, but then there were ripped wires for my dashcam system, improperly secured interior trim, and a new air bag light. They fixed the wiring issue, and the improperly secured trim they caused by mistake, but then refused to acknowledge the light without charging more to diagnose and repair the problem. That's where it became a problem for me, and I am frustrated with that. Luckily, I was able to take it to another shop, and they repaired the issue for free and in less than an hour, as it was just an unplugged wire underneath a seat. And recently Oct 24th, 2024, the sunroof again started to leak which what it was repaired before obv... and found they stripped out the screws for the Sun visers as well based on what another shop had said. And the insurance company is totaling my vehicle. But all this said begs the question of how reliable this company is in fairness to others and issues they cause. I can understand they did fix all the problems they caused besides just the airbag related issue, but it just wasn't fair to me even with all the same issues reappearing again.

I called and explained the situation to Mark who transferred me over to Johnny. I was already impressed with their happy tone and demeanor! Johnny clearly set all expectations and possible out of pocket expenses that could occur if it was not covered by warranty. I set up a diagnostic appointment 2 days later. Make a long story short the issue I thought I had was nothing more than a sloppy oil change previously done by another company. I had another issue in which they could not duplicate .They wanted me to come in and pick up my car. I told Johnny to please trust me and take my car for another test ride. He listened to what I was saying and said he will tell the mechanics my concerns again. I did have an intermittent issue and they experienced it.( whew)...thanks Johnny for truly listening to my concerns and taking it seriously. Johnny called me to inform me that they ordered the part but it could be up to 5 days until they get it From Tampa. In the meantime hurricane Helene is 18 hours away and I live right on the water and stress was high. I was under mandatory evacuation. I called and asked Mark if they could just keep my car there and he said" of course, stay safe". ( wow! I didn't have to worry about picking up my car and finding a place to store it during the hurricane) Fast forward...car is fixed, she runs nicely without any issues. I'm so impressed with the communication and resolution but more than anything I'm into excellent customer service and that they did....kudos!, well done everyone! Best regards, Bev Ps) hurricane Helene could take lessons in proving excellent customer service. She was so rude and created such chaos no one would ever give her a 5 star that's for sure!

This is a little late, but still relevant. We had a king pin installed on our class A coach. After…read morethey inspected it and said it needed a king pin, I submited it to out warranty company who authorized the repair. A few days later RDI said the threads at the top of the knuckle, where the grease cap goes was damaged and needed a new knuckle. After getting the estimate RDI was told to stop work in case it needed to be inspected. I told them to order the knuckle but not complete the work. After not hearing back from our warranty company I called them and long story, they wanted to inspect. Called RDI and the work was completed. Thanks RDI. After looking at the knuckle, it appeared as if a hammer was used at the top, as if driving in the king pin. It certainly could have been repaired with a thread file. Fast forward a couple months and the coach was taken to another shop that was local to me for an oil change and they pointed out the lower grease cap on the knuckle that RDI replaced was missing. There was a little dirt inside the area and little grease. I contacted RDI and their reponse was that there were no parts left over when the intial repair was completed and if it fell out it's on them. I asked for reimbursement for the cap and they stated "there's no way to verify when it fell out or if it was something we caused" I advised them if it wasn't installed it's on them, if it was installed and it fell out it's on them. They never responded back.

Unfortunately, I'm going to be about $28,000 to do the job for you. Just to be straight up and honest with you, from what I have found out you would be money ahead to have Ford replace your engine. From my blind calls to get rough estimates from Ford, your going to save 8-9 thousand using them. I have tried to give you all of the discounts I can to lower the price. I'm sorry , I can't get the job done for you in a reasonable cost. I'm just trying to be honest with you. Hope you can understand. I Took the Truck to another diesel mechanic and was told it had bad injectors which were causing the Issue from the Start ... I'm Expecting to get another 100K out of it Now,Run's Great , RDI are Professional Parts Changers;;; Not Mechanics. Also None of the parts replaced were Ford ... And had Multiple Injectors Leaking as seen below ...
