Then blame the customer saying they have to live with an appliance sticking partway through a door entrance, because thats how it is going to be. Seriously, the stress they put on their customers is beyond belief, by the way its been 8 1/2 months now and there is no end in sight! We sent the crew with 7 rugs to try and clean and save. This happened 05/19, and we received our rugs back on 06/12/2023. They were not cleaned, I took pictures of them, 1 rug came in with leaves on it and I vacuumed it. I sent in the pictures to the PM and a member of management, of which, we have yet to receive any response. We will be throwing these rugs out. They are not salvageable. Would not recommend this establishment at all!
