Sometimes he'd answer and give some excuse (like blaming the factory), or say he'd call us back tomorrow then never doing so, but often wouldn't answer calls or respond to voicemails, texts, or emails. We tried contacting him dozens of times over months, and the number of interactions was maybe 5 at most. He literally took our money and ran.
