Jessica has a cautious approach to treating her patients but I can see this is only because she has her patients best interests in mind. I feel like she is very honest, straight forth, and direct, and this is actually the way I preferred to be treated as a patient. There was even a sign on front the desk that the patient should the front desk know if they have been in the waiting area for more than 20 minutes. I can't remember how long I waited to be called back for my appointment but it wasn't very long. I was taken back for my appointment by a very kind and lovely assistant for Dr. Nguyen. She took my weight and vitals and she even helped me to get the notes from my appointment that day faxed over to my other doctors that were not in the AdventHealth network. Dr. Nguyen is a very kind Doctor. He first started his appointment with me by asking if he could use AI to take notes. We discussed several things concerning my heart and my recent Pulmonary Embolism and pneumonia. He said that my heart is in great condition and shows no signs of damage from having to work too hard during my pneumonia and Pulmonary embolism. He asked me to come back for a follow up appointment in 3 months. I am thrilled to have such a wonderful, intelligent, kind, and tech savvy Cardiologist on my medical team.

Got a call from anew person who…read moreapparently wanted to mess with me and stress me out for now reason. i asked her over 3 times to confirm all my referrals and she said they are all done after explaining over 3 times i have 2 pending scheduled for end of next month. after having to firmly tell her that makes no sense she is saying the file says all done and schedule follow up ($50 each may i add which is why i want to go after all lab/referral is complete to not pay $50 per follow up) you would think this is elementary and common sense. but no she said the note on the file said all was done and ready fml is this what heathcare has come too. yes in this call i requested multiple times before getting stern to please maybe review or have someone review my chart to go over all referrals requested and call me back once they had that info, but not then after i shot stern her only focus was my tone and saying i was yelling. i hope they record calls, please a dr hear this and hire trained professionals only.

My X-ray technician was wonderful. She greeted me warmly, explained the procedure thoroughly, and asked me to change into a gown before getting started. Calier was extremely helpful and sweet in scheduling the appointment for my Mother-In-law. He went out of his way to call the Center and ask them if they can accommodate disabled persons. He made sure to check for handicapped parking and the suitable timings for her on the weekend. JASON- Radiology Tech is a phenomenal person with a compassion for elderly people with disabilities. He took such diligent care of my Mother-In-law that words would not suffice to describe it. He made her comfortable laying down for back X ray by putting pillows under her knees to alleviate her back pain. He helped her get in and out of the x-ray table and on to her wheelchair. He was so caring and sweet and kept inquiring if she was comfortable and at ease between every x-ray taken. He is a gem of a person who has care, love, and empathy for the elderly.
